I was greeted by a salesman who offered his assistance and was very interested in what I wanted in a vehicle, not what he wanted to sell me. Robbie's indvidiualized attention was very reassuring, he stayed focused on the task at hand, he was not distracted and was not on his cell phone (a huge plus for me), He exhibited a level of confidence far beyond his years but was able to back it up with action. After an informative converstation about various makes and models of trucks and what my needs and expectations were in a truck, Robbie emphasized that he would find the right truck for me, and he was able to deliver. I bought a Ford F150 Lariat (used), it is in excellent condition inside and out, with a luxurious interior and a smooth ride. My partner was most interested in form and comfort and I with the function of the vehicle, the Lariat was the perfect compromise. Additionally, I was assisted by John Luvera, he sat with me and described the extended warranty options in detail, emphasizing the pros and cons of each option. I chose the warranty that I was most comfortable with and I feel confident that I made the right choice. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend R. C. Nothing but the best I went to Lacy because I had heard nothing but fantastic things about them. I went promising myself that I wouldn't get my hopes up because of my curr I went to Lacy because I had heard nothing but fantastic things about them. I went promising myself that I wouldn't get my hopes up because of my current car situation. After sitting down with Chris I realized that they were really going to try and help me. I thought I was going to be told too bad so sad and sent on my way. For 7 days straight Chris and Bob worked on getting me into a car that I would love and worked miracles for me. I can not say how grateful I am to them for not giving up and exactly 7 days after my first visit I drove away with a BEAUTIFUL vehicle that I am so in love with. I have never met such friendly and honest people at any dealership I have ever been to. Hands down the best !!! I plan on returning when it is time for a new car and sending everyone I know looking for a car to them. More

Doing it Right I first came to RC Lacy to get my 2011 Subaru WRX serviced. It was not tuned right and had not been right since it had its 60k service, ( from another I first came to RC Lacy to get my 2011 Subaru WRX serviced. It was not tuned right and had not been right since it had its 60k service, ( from another dealership). I brought my car back six times to this former dealership and it was insisted that nothing was wrong. After a blown turbo, replaced by Subaru of America, it still was not right. I brought it in again with the same response. I decided to now bring my car to Lacy where the service team patiently diagnosed the problem, ( software update and tuning the new turbo). I was elated and the car was finally back to what it had been some nine months prior, thanks especially to Matt and Luke. I decided to inquire about the new WRX and was delighted to see that the sales team was as personable as the service team. The whole sales team was involved with the purchase of my new WRX. Robbie Thorpe, Kristen, and Jen were all very personable and helpful. Robbie was very easy to get in contact with questions I had regarding the car and is just a great guy who will do what he can to be helpful. Bobby in finance was able to get me a good interest rate so I was comfortable enough to buy a warranty. RC Lacy may not be the biggest dealership for subies in the area but there customer service, and their techs in the shop are the best that I have ever experienced. More

Great Experience Went to this dealership as I knew the kind of car I wanted but was not sure about the model - there were 2 I was interested in. I was greeted and a salesperson was right there to answer all my questions. Bret was patient and interested in what I had to say about my wondering which model would best suit my needs. He showed me a number of cars, some were gently used and that was fine and then I asked about the 2014s and he then showed me 2 models the Outback and the Forester side by side. I went for a test drive and I loved the feel of the car. I then looked them both over with no pressure at all and made my decision. He then brought out a color he thought I would like - I am tough on colors - and I went THAT'S THE ONE. Perfect, with all the things I wanted and non of the none essentials that I didn't really need. He went over the options on the car thoroughly and I was sold. He then got me a great price and the financing was arranged efficiently and the next thing I knew it was time to get new plates for my new car. I returned on Saturday to get my car and it was ready and looked terrific. He then showed me how to program my phone into the car system and that was really helpful to me. He asked me if I had any questions and I had a few and patiently he went through them and then I was off and heading home. I did have to call about something I had forgotten that he told me and he again assisted me and did a follow up call on that Tuesday to make sure that I was happy with my car. Yes I would recommend this dealership and I would also highly recommend Mr. Bret Lawton as he makes sure that you get the car that you want without high pressure sales.
