Bret was extremely professional throughout the buying process but showed outstanding customer service AFTER the sale when he noticed a dent in the new car on the day I picked it up. Bret took it upon himself to line up a repair shop at a time that was convent for me and made sure the car was repaired on time and kept me informed of repair status during the few days of repair. To top it off, he had the car completely cleaned and gas tank filled for the inconvenience of not having my car for a few days. Now that's Great Customer Service! I will definitely buy from Bret and Lacy Subaru again. More

He was even nice enough to drive 40+ miles away to come pick me up so I could get the car b/c I didn't have anyone else to drive me. I could have taken the bus, but he insisted that he would drive me instead. That was awesome. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. More
