We weren't going in with the intention of purchasing a vehicle that day but the customer service was amazing! Lauren of Quirk is the best salesperson I have ever worked with buying a car. She was knowledgeable, friendly and really listened to our needs. Within minutes, I knew that I wanted to work with Lauren and purchase my next vehicle. Quirk had a wide selection of Jeeps on property to look at and test drive unlike some of the other Jeep dealerships that we browsed at. After test driving a Grand Cherokee, we decided to trade in my current vehicle and lease. The whole process was seamless and only took a couple of hours before we were walking out of the dealership as new car owners. The trade in value that I received for my Mazda was also extremely fair.
