I went in to do a recall and oil change on my 2025 Ram 1500 and was turned down! do to having my windows tinted. I explained that I have the tint waiver for the vehicle due to a medical condition. He told me that’s for the driver not the vehicle. Which is false because the waiver is attached to the registration. So your tells no me if I go in to have my vehicle serviced with handicap plates you can’t drive and fix my vehicle because I have a condition? Make that make sense. I had all the proper documentation that my vehicle is street and roadway legal. On top of that if my vehicle has a recall that you guys already know is an issue why do you have to drive it to see if it needs fixing. Just do the recall! It’s a verified issue that’s why they initiated the recall. Every time I come here to service my vehicles is always an issue. Last time they didn’t want to rotate my tires with an oil change due to the tires not being the same size as originals. It’s like they look for excuses to turn customers away. But they did still offer to take my money to do the oil change. That was ok for them to drive my vehicle.

the jeep that i purchased here in 2021 suddenly didnt start on a cold day in February. AAA couldnt identify an easy fix so it was towed to a nearby mechanic. I do not have a garage as I live in the city. the mechanic could not identify the problem. He told me I would need to have towed to the dealer for diagnostics but he explained that it could be the oil tank with moisture in it but failed to elaborate and suggested I bring it to the dealership. I called Quirk to have it towed there for evaluation. The service member told me that it could not be brought there because they were too busy and I would have to wait two weeks. I explained that it was not drivable and it had to be moved from mechanic. I called the next day and Jordan was very helpful. He allowed me to tow there. However, two days later they called to tell me an oil change and battery change was done though I recently had oil change there within 2 months. The cost $750 but did not resolve the problem. A day later they told called to tell me that the car was "fixed" but provided no explanation and I asked if there were recalls for similar incidents of complete breakdown. They told me there was none and I should be happy to have the car working, please pay $750. I found this unsettling. I opted to trade my car at another dealership. Will never return to this dealer.

Over 40 year and 50 cars with Quirk - we have bought Chevy, Jeep, Ram, VW , and more , First time with Quirk Dorchester and last with all of Quirk for their terrible cutomer service after the sale, and lack of response from corporate or anybody. Our new RAM 2500 has tire problems need 4 new ones with less than 1000 miles and less than 60 days due to it sitting on the lot wth no movement for 10 months. The dealership tells me call FIRESTONE who laughed at me said it was dealer fault for leaving it on a lot so long. Dealer said not covered under warranty, of course not but should be covered under dealer RESPONSIBILITY, INTEGRITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE or any other expectation a long term customer should receive. Buying new tires within 60days of purchasing a $70k+ vehicle is horrendous DONT BUY FROM THEM nobody will help after the fact and service is as rude as you can get I wish I could do negative stars

Quirk was great while purchasing the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Six weeks later it died after I went over the railroad tracks and the anti braking system went off. There was no car in front of me. As if that wasn't bad enough, Jeep Assist left me stranded for 6 hours! I called AAA and they showed up in an hour. The dealership basically told me it's a Chrysler issue. The person at Jeep Customer Care listened but only said, "Thanks for your feedback." I have finally been told I need a new transmission. That shouldn't happen to a 6 week old vehicle! In addition I have been told multiple times there are no loaner cars available. My life has been uprooted by this and it is not fair. It is heartbreaking to be so excited about a purchase and then so drastically let down. I would love to talk to Dan Quirk. From what I have read, this is not how he does business and I hope would want a chance to stand behind his name and make things right.

My wife made an appointment to have her vehicle serviced only to receive a phone call two days later canceling her appointment. She was informed that because she did not purchase her Jeep through Quirk (she purchased through Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield), they would not be able to service her vehicle. This is absolutely ridiculous! So not only have they lost her as a potential customer once her lease is up, but they lost me as well, as I am also an owner of a Jeep vehicle.

My car is still under corrosion warranty and both Jeep and Quirk are washing their hands off of the rust challenges on my Wrangler JL.
