Lease experience I Don't care where you go to buy a car it's never a Fantastic Experience. I have Leased cars for the last 18 years and each and every time I feel like I Don't care where you go to buy a car it's never a Fantastic Experience. I have Leased cars for the last 18 years and each and every time I feel like I'm getting ready for Battle. Well, This time was no different. EXCEPT. once I was at Quirk Dodge Jeep Ram in Dorchester. I met Lauren Manning and everything was different. I can't tell you how happy I was. she was assigned to be my salesperson. Lauren was knowledgeable and able to explain all my options. When it came to negotiations I knew a window of what I was willing to pay and I was very clear I didn't want to play games and go back and forth. as always we did but within 20 min we cam to an agreement that made us both happy. I am giving most of the credit for having a Great experience to Lauren but I will say everyone I encountered was good. I Never buy the same car Twice but if I wanted a Jeep id look for Lauren. More

She was so easy to talk to, explain what I was looking for, offering me suggestions and making it easy as pie to lease my new Jeep. The dealership did everything for me! I didn't have to do a thing except sign the paperwork. I also had special plates to transfer from my trade-in to the new vehicle and they handled it all. I was at the dealership on a Sunday for the first time, I drove my new vehicle home the next day!! Could not believe what an easy experience this was. Lauren and Chabral are true professionals and did a fabulous job! Lauren assured me if I had any issues/questions just come by and someone will help. I will be referring all my family & friends to go to Quirk Jeep Dorchester. More

Fast and Friendly Car Buying Experience! I've been shopping around for a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude for the last couple of months and got a few prices from other dealerships. Myles an I've been shopping around for a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude for the last couple of months and got a few prices from other dealerships. Myles and Sam of Quirk Dorchester were able to offer me the best price on my new vehicle, offered me the best trade-in value on my 2008 Wrangler, and offered excellent prices on the Platinum extended warranty and the wheel/tire warranty. Both Myles and Sam made the purchasing process very simple by running numbers for and getting my monthly payment down to where I wanted it to be. I feel confident I received a great deal and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Sad to see my Wrangler go, but can't wait to pick up my new Grand Cherokee next week! More
DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE HAVE THEY LOST THEIR MINDS?!?... because they've definitely lost a customer!!! Purchasing from this dealer was a HORRIBLE decision. Not only did they HAVE THEY LOST THEIR MINDS?!?... because they've definitely lost a customer!!! Purchasing from this dealer was a HORRIBLE decision. Not only did they fast talk me into a ridiculous loan contract but now they are telling me that the 2019 Cherokee Ive been financing for not even a full year needs a new engine and it will not be covered under warranty. Here's my story.. I made an appointment to inspect concerns regarding my BRAD NEW Jeeps performance since I am still covered under warranty. Morning of my appointment the service rep Isabella was very attentive but clearly taunting and condescending. They had my car for 7 hours without updating me about anything. I reached out after 5PM to check status when Isabella then explained that they needed to replace a coil, were waiting for the part to come, and that it should be all set before they closed at 9pm. I suggested to just pick up in the morning to ensure it would be ready and she agreed. The next morning I was not contacted so sometime after 11Am I called to speak with Isabella and was told she stepped out and would return my call in 5mins. No call back after 20mins so I called and a different rep answered again trying to assure me that she'd call me right back. I simply asked this Rep for a realistic time frame to expect her call because I needed to make arrangements for picking up my car. He became agitated stating he was not going to argue with me (I was NOT arguing smh) then rudely hung up on me. Shortly after, Isabella called explaining that all services were completed on my car and that AFTER the Tech went to lunch he would do final test drive and then I could pick up my car. A few minutes later Isabella called stating that whoever performed my last oil change did not tighten the filter which caused an oil leak that had in turn damaged the engine and will not be covered under warranty due to the cause being negligence from an outside influence. I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS!! I immediately went to the dealership and spoke with the service departments manager Dru Bailey, who although was very polite and empathetic told me there was nothing they could do and left me standing there confused and hopeless. Everyone that I tell this to agrees that this makes no sense... no smoke, no smell, no oil stains where I park. My last oil change was done in 2/2019 so had a leak been present that was so severe to cause damage to my engine why wouldn't any indicator lights come on warning me of an issue?? SHADY BUSINESS FOR SURE!! Everything was all good with my car until I had that negative phone call with the rep. Im so blown away by this experience and Quirks lack of quality service to consumers! I refused to take the car off their property until Chrysler investigates so now Im immobile in the meantime... a single mother of 3 who drives for a living. Any help/advice would be very much appreciated. ***I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS DEALER*** More
