This dealership wanted to charge me $7000 for a transmission. That’s more than my Volkswagens even worth. So I left and took my car to a private European Specialist. They found the actual issue and transmission. That’s more than my Volkswagens even worth. So I left and took my car to a private European Specialist. They found the actual issue and fixed it with $250 in just one day. Not to mention, someone who works there went digging through my car and ended up stealing my iPhone charger which was the only thing of value that I left in there when I dropped it off. Unbelievable. And after contacting them twice about it, all they said was, “we’re sorry”. I’ll never bring a Volkswagen back here again. More
