I originally went to the old VW service center and when I called, I spoke to Caesar and he asked if I had an appointment. I told him no but he said if you hurry u. I got there and Chad helped with the pape called, I spoke to Caesar and he asked if I had an appointment. I told him no but he said if you hurry u. I got there and Chad helped with the paper work and explanation of all of my cars issues and Tony Diaz was my mechanic and he was so good. Service was excellent, fast and professional. Innapropriate staff Staff are sexually inappropriate. In my previous visit to the dealership I was charged for a key reprograming which did not solve the problem of remote locking. When I returned to the dealership I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and price. Mr Buritica carefully listened to my feedback and was thankful for honest feedback. After that he was very attentive to resolve the issue. The problem was resolved, and while the repair took place I could borrow a car to be able to continue with my day errands. All in all very good experience. Make sure you talk to Mr Buritica for any concerns, he will be able to help you. More

The service department needs improvement, better communication. Staff needs to be if possible more professional including mechanics.
