I originally went to the old VW service center and when I called, I spoke to Caesar and he asked if I had an appointment. I told him no but he said if you hurry u. When I returned to the dealership I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and price. Mr Buritica carefully listened to my feedback and was thankful for honest feedback. After that he was very attentive to resolve the issue. The problem was resolved, and while the repair took place I could borrow a car to be able to continue with my day errands. The service department needs improvement, better communication. Staff needs to be if possible more professional including mechanics.
