It took four days to complete one day of work because of the poor communication and time management of my service advisor David. The mechanics would do their job early in the morning and it would take my ad the poor communication and time management of my service advisor David. The mechanics would do their job early in the morning and it would take my advisor 6.5 hours to call me for input. He would say he would call me back in 10 minutes, and then I’d have to call him 3.5 hours later after not hearing from him. He also took off on vacation before my repair was complete and I was told my car was ready before the work was finished. I brought my car in for two issues, and while I’m happy one of them is fixed, I am having to return it to the service department because I’m still having an issue starting my car. More
