I was surprised. I was able to make an appointment and visit the showroom the same day. Ray found several vehicles to test drive so that I would be able to find the right one for me and my family. BUT, the best one to suit my needs was not on the lot. She schedule for a vehicle to be driven from the warehouse to the showroom and scheduled a test drive the next day. Update on my first review. Worst experience and headache, went in for a trade in October 8 and they took my Jetta trade for a Tiguan, told me all the paper work was taken care of and a month later Volkswagen went in for a trade in October 8 and they took my Jetta trade for a Tiguan, told me all the paper work was taken care of and a month later Volkswagen tells me I still have the Jetta in my possession and will charge me for both cars. Contacted the dealership and til this day NOTHING has been done. It’s now Dec 15,2020. No one is taking responsibility and Volkswagen is also trying to contact them. I don’t even know where my old car is! More
