Today was follow up appt. after initial dealer service the morning after floods. The techs saved my vehicle (German engineering!), after the recent hurricane, they took me in immediately that next morning the morning after floods. The techs saved my vehicle (German engineering!), after the recent hurricane, they took me in immediately that next morning even though parts of the service facility and some parts of computer system itself were hit with flooding, 3 mechanics made it in and immediately made the car safe to drive, I then returned to have some further repairs the next week. Marco is the best and his staff of Vinnie, Dave and all the service advisors and techs make it a go to place if you have to get VW repairs done right. An apprentice mechanic did some of the work and I was impressed it was a woman and she loved working cars and knew her job. I am handy and do a lot of things myself but prefer a dealer to achieve serious repair. Waiting area is clean and coffee and bagels are always there. Thank you Marco and Queensboro team! More
