Gus Mikedis was very accommodating, and his knowledge of VW cars is impressive. My 2014 VW Passat was declared a total loss due to Hurricane Ida, and I, myself, was at a total loss as to what to do next. VW cars is impressive. Gus guided me through the process patiently, and what was initially a hard reality turned out to be a very pleasant shopping for my next VW,,,,,a 2021 VW Tiguan which I am now so in love with!!! Gus was so helpful and pleasant; and he just made my VW car shopping experience absolutely rewarding! Then we got to the financing part, and Mohammad Ali was amazingly knowledgeable, and extremely helpful!!! He is an outstanding finance person, and I am also very, very pleased with the outcome of my financing! Mohammad made every effort to make the financing work for me!
