I've been working with this dealership for a couple of months now through Wincy. Who has been straight forward and direct with me the whole time. Recently they had an promotion for no money down with go months now through Wincy. Who has been straight forward and direct with me the whole time. Recently they had an promotion for no money down with good or bad credit. Which I was contacted by there promotional off site team. I spoke with a Diana/Danie whatever her name is that stated to me that she could get me in no money down. I told her that I was already working with Wincy and we already know that I need money down. She stated again that she could get me in no money down and that I was approved for the program. I asked her twice are your sure because I don't have time to waste. She confirmed with me that she was sure and that I needed to come in to finish the process. So I stopped work and proceeded to head there and was met by my original sale agent I've been working with. All my info was confirmed all over again and my credit was ran 3 more times. Just for Wincy to confirm that I needed 10% down. I stated to him that your rep on the phone assured me of no money down and that my time wouldn't be wasted. IM FREAKING PISSED...... Because for one I was lied too, second my time was wasted and third my CREDIT WAS RAN AGAIN!!! I asked to speak with the girl that told this lie but all of sudden she left work and the next day I called she suddenly was on vacation for a week. Listen if your are working with someone directly here that's one thing but DO NOT LISTEN TO THOSE VOUCHER REQUESTS. Save yourself the time for unprofessionalism to a repeat customer like this. I've bought a car here when it was Larry J....but now the bad taste is in my mouth. More

Contracted to give me free oil changes for as long as I own the car. 15 months later & they refuse to honor the contract I signed.
