Always great service Since moving to Charlotte about 13 years ago, and owning a Mitsubishi, I have always worked with Larry Jay Mitsubishi for all my automotive needs. M Since moving to Charlotte about 13 years ago, and owning a Mitsubishi, I have always worked with Larry Jay Mitsubishi for all my automotive needs. My last purchase in 2010 was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had done my homework on cost, financing, etc. and being a previous Mitsubishi owner, well knew the service this dealership provides which made it all the better. My recent service was simple (general maintenance and oil service) and Mr. Steve, the service manager, had it completed in about :25 and I was on my way. I have owned and operated may types of vehicles since I was 16 years old and this dealership, by far, has been the best experience I have had. Thank you Mr. Geohagan and ALL of your team for such a great job in customer service and experience. More

30 minutes at Larry Jay service center I took my car for regular service and oil change. It was free and well done. The waiting room was nice and clean.
