Hello, I wanted to pass on appreciation for Nick in the Parts department because of the extra time and effort he gave to assist me. My driver side mirror was damaged at Mike’s Car Wash on Monday afternoon Parts department because of the extra time and effort he gave to assist me. My driver side mirror was damaged at Mike’s Car Wash on Monday afternoon as I was planning to drive to Maryland for the holiday weekend, during rainy weather. An inconvenience that I just didn’t have time for. Nick researched the part, quickly got it ordered/delivered and even took time to install the part in the parking lot by Wednesday. That’s not something that happens often these days. I was able to regroup and refocus on the reason for the road-trip. I would really like to know how I can acknowledge him to your upper level leadership. Something about people like Nick in the service industry is really rare. I pray divine reciprocity in his life, and he should really be recognized for what he probably believes is just ‘doing his job’. However, he’s going above and beyond and that’s very valuable. More
