What Others Say

My daughter was there on business, car trouble, stranded, got the car to the Queen City Ford. Paid the $527.42 on Feb 21 to fix a leak in her anti-freeze reservoir. The reservoir was supposedly replaced. Felt like we won the lottery when we thought we found an honest place to get her car fixed. Now less than a year, we have had to do the same repair. I feel like maybe there was a patch job done and the work we paid for was not completed.

Hello, I wanted to pass on appreciation for Nick in the Parts department because of the extra time and effort he gave to assist me. My driver side mirror was damaged at Mike’s Car Wash on Monday afternoon as I was planning to drive to Maryland for the holiday weekend, during rainy weather. An inconvenience that I just didn’t have time for. Nick researched the part, quickly got it ordered/delivered and even took time to install the part in the parking lot by Wednesday. That’s not something that happens often these days. I was able to regroup and refocus on the reason for the road-trip. I would really like to know how I can acknowledge him to your upper level leadership. Something about people like Nick in the service industry is really rare. I pray divine reciprocity in his life, and he should really be recognized for what he probably believes is just ‘doing his job’. However, he’s going above and beyond and that’s very valuable.

Just bought our 4th vehicle from Andre Eddings today. Best salesman to work with! All our service is done there. Always a great experience! Go see Andre and pick out a new car, SUV or truck!

Steve helped me find my dream Bronco! I never thought I could afford one, but they gave me big money for my trade and we made it happen! Couldn’t thank Steve and the guys at Queen City ford anymore!
