One of the most exciting things about the growth of our company is the opportunity that it provides the people that work here. Many of our sales managers started as salespeople who were given the opportunity to advance. The same is true in all departments. You may start with us as a lube technician, but we will give you the opportunities to advance all the way to a Master Certified Tech and beyond. A perfect example of this is our very own general manager for our Beechmont Ford location, Jeff Fithen. Jeff started with us as a salesperson and was given the opportunity to advance through various managerial positions before ultimately becoming our general manager. So, no matter what your position is, we have the tools and resources to help you become a professional in the automotive industry.

I have been taking my 2012 Ford Escape to Woody Sander Ford since I moved back to Cincinnati in 2020. I took it to one other place before, where they charged me too much and recommended work that I didn't Ford since I moved back to Cincinnati in 2020. He doesn't try to sell me unneeded work or stuff, but the team is thorough and is helping me make sure my trusty car with 130,000 miles stays on the road. I make appointments online and drop my car the night before. Dave calls and lets me know what it needs and when it will be done. More
