Adam Hensley & Anthony in the service dept were AMAZING! They went above & beyond the call of duty. Our truck would not start & it was on the top floor of a hospital parking garage so a wrecker was out of t They went above & beyond the call of duty. Adam did a quick training with Anthony, he went with us to the hospital and got it started immediately. We drove back to the dealership and Adam knew exactly what the problem was. This was the WOrst Experience I have ever had ! !! There service center is the worst ever. They a bunch of thifes!!! We took our 2012 chevy silverado disel we had bought from them a year ago it would all of a sudden not turn on and it would take up to 6 hrs to start again. They said it was not covered, okay we need to fix it so we paid 1950.00 for a new computer.it was there 3 guess on what was wrong first they said it was the key (which they didn't give a a spare key when purchased) that was not it then they wanted to charge me 500 for the battery's I said no try again that's not what is wrong with my truck they said okay new computer 2 grand later and 2 weeks later we picked up the truck. FINALLY!!! Right ??? Nope it would not accelerate from 20miles the truck NEVER had this issue before we took it the next day back told them what was going on they called is 3 days later saying it would 850 to do What ??? I have no idea because it didn't fix anything then called us that they wanted 1500 more we said absolutely not we picked up our truck took it to real Mechanic got running in no time for 300 and made a report of parts that seemed to me messed with and pictures of screws we were lucky didn't get inside the engine. Needless to say now that we have the report I will be calling better buissness bureau and will be getting a lawyer. THEY SELL BAD CARS AND THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT BRAKE MESS WITH YOUR VEICHELS TO BREAK OTHER THINGS AND STEEL YOUR MONEY STAY CLEAR FROM THESE LOW LIFE THIEFS. I had an appointment on September 7 at 9 am for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 8:45, waited in my car for a service advisor to come out. After 5 minutes, I went into the service department. change and tire rotation. I arrived at 8:45, waited in my car for a service advisor to come out. After 5 minutes, I went into the service department. I asked how long it would take and was told 1 hour 30 minutes. They finally took my car at 11:00. I drove my car out at 12:25 pm, which was over 3 hours. Also, I had GM reward points that I wanted to use, however I couldn’t get my Buick app to open up at the dealership. Once I left the dealership the app opened up. Overall, I was very disappointed with the customer service. What is the point of having appointment? More
