I felt there was some false advertising on the Facebook ad. It stated that with a certain amount of down payment what your price would be OAC. I started out my adventure excited to step into a new to me truck. I got there and was quickly greeted and my needs were promptly met. The first hour was finding the right truck keys and getting the test drives going, again, very helpful sales person. Truck found, now comes the trauma. It starts out with the typical rather have a root canal than by a car because the dealership is trying to become a billionaire and I'm trying to keep my payments low. Needless to say they way low balled me on my trade in by 4k on the first go around, but eventually met my desire and I got what I wanted out of my trade, another good point, however why should I rather have a root canal than deal with the back and forth, the dealership knows what they will and won't do, so why play cat and mouse? Now that what I thought the painful stuff was out of the way came the 4 hour wait to leave the dealership with my new purchase. I sat for 2 hours just waiting for the truck to be detailed and when finally delivered to me I swear they didn't do a thing as it looked the same way it did during the test drive, there was still debris in the bed, and there was stuff on the dash that my spit and thumb got rid of. So I finally get to leave, and find out as I enter the freeway that the truck was worse than riding a wild horse, the balance was so bad I felt like at times the truck would fall apart. Now mind you during the test drive I never got above 45 to feel the roughness or I would have brought it to their attention, however shouldn't all dealerships allow you to get the vehicle to highway speed? Needless to say I'm on my journey about 30 minutes on my way back to phoenix and I look at the gas gauge and notice that I was only given 1/2 take of gas....really??? Now I feel even more ripped off that nothing was different in the detail process, I was unaware of the balance issue, and now I don't even get a full tank of gas, isn't that always the one perk you can count on when purchasing a new vehicle? So from there would I recommend this place??? I truly don't know. The sales people were very friendly and fun to talk with, but the fact that I was unable to notice flaws in the vehicle prior to leaving the lot, 2 hour detail that did nothing different, and not even a full tank of gas??? More

Everything was great at first then my salesman wasn’t there for delivery. After finance paperwork was done they just left me with no one to show me how to work all the electronics on the truck and then a there for delivery. I had a problem on my way home so I called and tried to talk with the service dept, no one answer the phone after several attempts so I called back 7 times trying to reach the operator and no one answered. 7 times and no operator. I went on your website to contact us. Typed in my concerns and got immediate reply from Jerry. We texted back and forth for a couple days promising to let the team know how important it is to contact me. Well after those several days I then realized if was an AI response. I worked at a Chevrolet dealer in service for 25 years and I’ve got to say your phone system and team system needs a lot of work. The overall experience after the sale SUCKED at best More

Was given assistance in going over finances, and payments. When I struggled to see my ability to buy car, he was patient and worked with me. It fit my price, my space requirements for my grandson. etc. Despite having bad credit and in the process of filing bankruptcy, I was able to purchase the car. He went over everything with me. He let me know thst the interest rate would be a lit higher. The payments would be higher for me. He worked with my lender in helping make my payments as low as possible. Thanks for your service to me. I am definitely a happy customer. More
