Rainey was great to work with! I just got my second vehicle from this dealership and once again I had an issue shortly after getting the vehicle home. The dealership just clears codes or never checks codes. I think I got a decent deal on my purchase but I was not happy with the process. The ad i saw advertised the car at $18,348. When I scheduled my visit, I was told that there were no add-ons by the dealer happy with the process. The ad i saw advertised the car at $18,348. I arrived, I was told that the price was only good if I financed the car with a trade in, which I did not have. The initial deal I was offered was approximately $22,000 and included $998 for doc fees, which in my opinion is excessive as the average doc fees in AZ is between $400 and $500. There was also a $499 fee added for etching. Anyway, after haggling with the sales person and him going back and forth with my counter offers, I finally got the advertised price. They removed the etching fee. However, for some unknown reason the finance guy added the etching fee back in the deal. I caught it and it was removed. I told the sales person that I wanted a second fob for the car. He could not tell me if it had a second fob but he said he would see what he could do and get back to me. He never got back to me. The second fob is going to cost me approximately $425. I informed the sales person that there was no gas in the car and he stated he would take care of this. He didn't. He car had 8 miles of fuel in gas tank when I picked it up. Not even enough to get home. I also had to wait at the dealership for the key fob because Ramon left the dealership for some reason and took the fob with him. I had to wait for almost an hour for him to return. I will avoid this this dealership in the future. More
