I took my Vehicle for the first time for service, and non of the three mechanics who came to the waiting area including the mechanic who brought my key and paper work and drove my car to parking lot were wea of the three mechanics who came to the waiting area including the mechanic who brought my key and paper work and drove my car to parking lot were wearing a mask, I brought it to service advisor attention Megan ( who was wearing a mask ) and she said this is a big problem but management really do not care and I need to talk to service manger Tom, I waited about 15 minutes until he showed up and he said the company policy is not wear mask inside the repair area because it is unconformable , I said what if the guy sitting inside my car and driving it coughs and is carrier of COVID- 19 he just shrugged his shoulders and said it is company policy. I had to sanitize my vehicle before driving it off. If you care about your Health or your family's health stay away from Quality Ford, this reckless and careless company. Shame on Ford Motor and Quality Ford for letting this happen, I guess for these tough guys 218,000 death is not enough. More
