Employee’s are friendly & made me feel welcomed. The issue I experienced had to do with vehicle lack of certified inspection for a pre certified used vehicle. The day of purchase was a rainy day next day I noticed a crack on windshield unfortunately that was not inspected & had to pay a portion for replacement. The amount I was told that I would pay by sales rep was never put in writing there was a dispute in amount because sales rep told me different. The other issue on day of purchase the vehicle was not cleaned out, I even found used mask & gloves random stuff in the vehicle. I was told by the sales man when I come in next time to pick up plates he would have the vehicle detailed. When that day came he then said he never said that. Today I try lowering passenger side window & that does not work another issue I would have to pay out of pocket because PRE CERTIFIED means NOTHING. More

I went in to get my check engine light looked at.
