Thorough,professional and timel I brought the car in for a 45,000 mile service. I was promptly greeted and turned over to Greg, my service advisor. We discussed what was to be done, and I requested that a couple of more items be checked. In addition, I indicated that I hoped the job would be completed within the timeframe spelled out as I had an afternoon appointment. While work was being performed, I did some reading in the waiting area, which was quiet, attractive and well stocked with snacks and liquid refreshments.The car was ready on time and Greg reviewed the work that was performed. Overall an excellent experience . More

In contrast, my interaction with the financial person was very unpleasant. The system was not functioning well, and he had to do some manual work, making him irritated and raising his voice when I signed my initials a few mm. to the left -- or right, cannot remember... When I said that I should perhaps help Robert, who was kindly looking for my insurance form in my car, he rudely said: "You can do that and slow down this signing process or stay right here and get this done quickly. The worst customer service Car was returned to me last week with damages to the body that were not there before and I attribute them to the service equipment that was used in th Car was returned to me last week with damages to the body that were not there before and I attribute them to the service equipment that was used in their service bay. They deny the damages were due to their service crew and equipment and flat-out refused to help any further nor even offer to even partially compensate. They had blamed the damages due to road debris and dirt that was trapped in paint protection film. The service manager became downright hostile and angry and became aggressive, standing in my presence and intimidating me with questions. The general manager washed his hands of the situation and was never available to speak with me. I received estimates and input from trusted shops and sources and they had stated that my car's damages were due to the use of the dealership's equipment. Dealership refuses to admit any wrongdoing on their part. More
