I recently purchased a 2006 BMW M5 from Pure Pursuit back in December. My experience with Glen and the staff there was nothing short of spectacular. It was a relief to find a dealership that treats their cus in December. My experience with Glen and the staff there was nothing short of spectacular. It was a relief to find a dealership that treats their customers with integrity, fast responses via email/phone, and the transparency that I’ve yet to encounter with any seller. I knew buying a car that is 7 years old would have a few cosmetic issues and Glen was very upfront in pointing out the flaws with the car and taking close up pictures. He provided me with a very detailed history of the vehicle’s maintenance and had all receipts for the car since 2008 that had been kept with the car. With any seller, private or dealer, you can expect them to try to show the car as flawless and in mint condition. This was not the case and everything was displayed in a transparent manner, which is very rare in today’s market. I was flying in to buy the car and didn’t want any surprises upon arrival. I was not disappointed in any way. They offered local pickup at the airport and scheduled around my flight delays without worry. I bought the car with the intent on driving it through northern climates, which they catered to by arranging winter tires of my choosing to be ordered and installed beforehand. When I arrived in KC and saw the car in person, it looked stunning and even better than I had anticipated. I was very relieved after looking the car over and driving it that I was buying a very well sorted car. I’m a European auto technician by trade, so I wanted to do a thorough PPI myself, which they had no problem with at all. I was running on a tight schedule and needed to get back on the road after the deal. When I arrived very late in the day, around 6PM, Glen and Mike already had all the paperwork in order for me to go over efficiently to complete the purchase. They were even kind enough to throw in a free shirt and framed photo! Since then, I’ve put roughly 4,000 miles on the car and it’s been worry free and has performed perfectly, even in -20 degree weather. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy from a hassle-free and honest dealer to look no further than Pure Pursuit. These are very stand up guys and I proudly vouch for their credibility. More
