She liked the pictures that we saw on the internet but she was skeptical about purchasing a car out of state and via the internet. We had some delays that were not caused by the dealer. Tom kept us updated on the process at all times. We flew to Kansas City to pickup the car. Tom picked us up at the airport. When my wife laid eyes on the car, she was stricken. She thought the car was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It has now been over two months and she is totally happy with the car and the experience. In addition Pure Pursuit gave me the same for my car as I was offered by a dealer.....2 years ago. I read the 1 star review and started laughing; Pure Pursuit can't move mountains but they can certainly find you an awesome car at or below market value, and more importantly does the car shopping for us customers so we don't lose precious hours out of our busy days. I will buy all my cars from here going forward. More

Went so far as to put my car on a lift and get detailed under carriage pictures for me. Any issues or concerns and they were addressed instantly. Spectacular customer service. It was worth it to me to obtain a car exactly how I wanted it, and to not have to haggle with a dealer. As others have said, if you're looking for a unique car, this is a good way to go, but if you're after a more generic car, it might not be worth it. Overall, I was pleased with the purchase, and would consider using the concierge service again. I don't have a ton of free time, and it was nice not to have to spend what free time I do have calling and haggling with dealers. Before I got in touch with PurePursuit, I had a bad experience with a local MB dealer, so PP was a welcome change from a typical dealer. A few things to keep in mind if you go this route, as this was a learning experience for me: One of the ways they keep the price under their "meet or beat price" is that they offer a wholesale price to the selling dealer. This price was lower by the same amount as their commission, so the net benefit to me was essentially zero. Unfortunately, when the selling dealer wholesales the car, you typically lose any sort of CPO warranty on the car, which is not something I was aware of until it happened. Not really a deal breaker, but something I would have appreciated knowing up front. I did appreciate their transparency, and the fact that they worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Their detailer forgot to detail the interior of the car prior to delivery, and they offered to have the entire car redone at my convenience. So overall, a good experience, and one I would recommend to anyone looking for a unique/high end preowned car. More

I’ve also been buying most of our cars online for years, so I am used to the whole sight unseen thing. It’s just like buying a tv off Amazon. I met these folks about a year ago when looking for a car for my wife, and really like what they have to offer, but at that time I already had my eye on one locally that was a good deal. This time around we weren’t in a major rush and didn’t want to wait around either. We thought let’s give PureConcierge a shot and see if these guys really can deliver. We gave a steep order, red on black A3 Convertible with every option, and although there were a couple cars we thought we had that fell through Bret kept me updated with the good and bad from start to finish. He kept me updated on how much each item might cost for every step, and confirmed when they knew the actual prices. They even worked with the shipping company to try coordinate delivery around my work travel. When our car arrived, it was in the condition we expected and exactly what we had asked for. Plus it was less than one I found on my own as a backup. More
