There was no misunderstanding here, the communication was very clear. I am attached chat snapshot on google what your agent had offered me to pay after getting my VIN number. If you had known the actual market value was not what I had hoped for, then why offer 32.5k? It was an obvious tactic to have me visit your place with my vehicle and talk me into sell it very low. Moreover I had offers above $31K with cargurus and driveway.com, which is way above your offering of $29K. It was absolute waste of my time and my wife's time, plus all the inconvenience and delays because I had canceled my existing appointments with cargurus and driveway.com thinking that I would finish the sale with you. The whole incident and your explanation does not add anything to your integrity. I do not see how you can be in top 10% of the nation in client satisfaction.
