The online description misrepresented the trim level at #4. When we pointed out the lack of the advertised amenities, they claimed it was the VIN subscription service that made the error. They still held to this when we pointed that the correct trim level #2 was hand printed on the FOB key tag (so someone on staff knew the correct trim). I rated this as a 3 because the price was still attractive, and we did purchase the car, but unfortunately it is what we have come to expect from car dealerships. More
