My husband and I purchased a truck from Pugmire Ford in Cartersville, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We initially looked at new trucks, but the salesman told us the payments would be much Cartersville, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We initially looked at new trucks, but the salesman told us the payments would be much higher than going with a used one. Based on that information, we purchased the used truck and put $25,000 down. After the purchase, we discovered that the new truck was actually the same price, and we also would have qualified for a better interest rate had we gone with the new vehicle. When I contacted the dealership to see what could be done, their response was basically “oh well”—no concern, no attempt to help, and no accountability. It’s clear that once they got our money, customer service and loyalty meant nothing. This is especially frustrating because we have purchased several vehicles from this dealership in the past. Instead of trying to make things right or keep a loyal customer, they chose to dismiss us entirely. If you value honesty and transparency, stay far away from this dealership. We feel completely taken advantage of. More

A couple weeks later I went back to see about trading and guess what the finance guy was able to match the price of the used one I bought but they would not work with me on just taking the pre owned one back. Even though I put 25,000 down and have bought several vehicles from them. They could have swapped me out I had put less then 800 miles on it. Just shows no loyalty from buying several cars and putting 25k down. Not happy with them and never will buy another one from them or send any family or friends that way. If they cared about loyalty and keeping customers happy they would have swapped me out it would have cost them nothing the truck was still same condition with a few hundred miles difference they would not have lost anything.I would recommend staying away from this dealership More

Use to be you had to beat off car salesman with a stick, not anymore. Came here to look at truck 3 weeks ago, no one came out to greet me after spending 15 minutes looking at trucks so I left. Went back tod not anymore. Came here to look at truck 3 weeks ago, no one came out to greet me after spending 15 minutes looking at trucks so I left. I made an appointment to have transmission work done on my 2002 Ford Explorer. The appointment was for 8/15/2022 at 9:00 AM. When I got there at 8:30 AM the Service Writer told me I would have to leave my my 2002 Ford Explorer. The appointment was for 8/15/2022 at 9:00 AM. When I got there at 8:30 AM the Service Writer told me I would have to leave my car til they could get to it. He said he didn't realize when he made the appointment that the transmission shop was booked solid til September 6. They had my phone number on file but there is no record in my phone log of any call from Pugmire nor was any message left on voicemail. It seems someone could have called so I could go to another shop. Very poor customer service. More
