It’s not a d her 2000 Montero Sport in for an issue with the clock spring. Basically the horn would go off when taking the key out of the ignition. It’s not a difficult task to replace the part. I’m a mechanic but live in NJ so not really cost effective for me to go to California to fix it. First issue part is no longer available but it is just would have to be sourced from a vendor that’s not Mitsubishi. They couldn’t figure out how to find an aftermarket part even though it’s all on the internet and not a hard task. So long story short they couldn’t fix it, ok great no big deal I’ll just talk her through it once she gets the part. They charged her about $300.00 to diagnosed the issue even though she told them it was the clock spring. Ok I get it they have to pay the people that try to fix cars. I have worked with plenty of incompetent people so I know good help is hard to find. Last issue my daughter called me to say the car wouldn’t start the day after she picked it back up. Simple diagnosis from her telling me what it wasn’t doing. They forgot to tighten the battery terminals after they diagnosed the issue they couldn’t repair. Hope they don’t forget to tighten the drain plug on the oil pans when they do oil changes. Please try to do better Mitsubishi we have owned the car since new and no issues until it was taken to a certified dealership for repairs. More
I went to this dealership because they had a car I was interested in. I was very direct in what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, understanding they also need to make money. But they gave me a young ki interested in. I was very direct in what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, understanding they also need to make money. But they gave me a young kid for my sale, and in the end I walked away proud that I didn’t buy that car. The kid tried to exploit that only to backfire. The kid kept saying since I’m direct, I should understand they’re a smaller dealership and need to make money from selling those “optional” packages. My refusal to purchase that, they basically refused to sell me the vehicle with asking price, tax and whatever inflated fees they had. I said how does that make sense that the ask price was $32k and finding out after getting there, the rear door was not even bolted in correctly which made sounds of metal being pulled apart. He tried to say they would take $500 off the car price and not fix the problem. Which all they had to do was tighten the bolt. The condition of the vehicle was not worth what they were asking. The car had been sitting since they asked $39k for that car. I told them after seeing the vehicle, I wouldn’t pay $34k out the door. But since the kid was trying. I entertained $36k out the door, take my trade in with no negative equity. The kid said his manager needed a higher number. If I could do $39k I said $36,888 is my final and best. Once I walk away, don’t call me. And the car will still be sitting there. Today that vehicle is still there. They’ve had to lower the price online to $30,500. Exploiting me stating I’m direct and stating all I’m willing to pay for is asking and tax and inflated fees since I understand they are a smaller dealership. Well they tried hard to push options I don’t need losing a deal and more money while the vehicle sits there. It makes no sense for me to purchase maintenance or warranty on a 7 year old bmw at a Mitsubishi dealer to get repairs taken care of. I hope they learn their lesson and fix the customer service issue. Otherwise, they will always lose money and customers. More
I wouldn’t recommend this dealership for numerous Reasons . 1. The mechanical brought our car out, was extremely rough and almost prevented us from buying the car just seeing how it was handled. Reasons . 1. The mechanical brought our car out, was extremely rough and almost prevented us from buying the car just seeing how it was handled. 2. The car‘s interior was still dirty, center console was dirty backseats had stains from the previous owner 3. Outside they us charged for PPF and ceramic coating over damaged paint, had no photos of the dints or mismatch paint on the doors and wheel wells. 4. The financing was not handled as requested. A warranty for electrical components was attached by the finance manager was never asked for. Warranty doesn’t even cover the components that broke 30 days after the purchase one day after making my first car payment. 5. Left numerous calls with the service line never to receive a call back even till this day after leaving multiple reviews. 6. I had to smog the car myself was told by the dealership they would reimburse me, and I was never reimbursed. I was never contacted by management in regards to the reimbursement and we’re talking weeks with no response. Which I have proof in text messages. 7. Lastly, I would advise anybody of any prominent not to use this dealership because they do not have any protocol or disclosure protecting customer information from other customers. For example, the sales rep showed me private information for a celebrity that came and purchased a car before us. I personally got to see Drew breezes drivers license, and information. It was an accidental it was shown by a sales rep. That should be grounds determination alone that’s ridiculous and I plan to reach out to the management team of the gentleman’s licensed and information they showed to see if they want to take legal action. We arrived at the dealership late or else we would’ve never purchased this vehicle. Scratches were hidden the car is mechanically an operable after 35 days of purchase interior was dirty a warranty attached that does nothing just a benefit the sales team there’s no actual customer care especially if you’re compromising customer confidentiality. Waiting area was nice and spacious, with continuous movies playing back-to-back, and free coffee and biscotti for staff and guests. The wait was not longer than expected for service and pickup (I left it overnight to pick up the next morning just to save some time). Both visits were satisfactory. I was quite satisfied and would visit again for future services. More

Stay absolutely away from these people, mandatory $3,295 of "ceramic tint and clear film" is not something someone should be focused to buy. I was paying exactly what they posted the car for until I am told on the phone by the manager Brian Costello "$3,295 is non negotiable and you don't need to buy from us if you don't get it". They won't email you with these hidden fees but they love telling you over the phone about it but won't put it in an email saying anything. O stars, l'd tell everyone to stay away and don't believe the fake reviews because they enjoy deleting the bad ones. More

With 3 year warranty, $29,432. Look through all the reviews. I'm guessing they bury the real reviews with fake ones that are obvious in addressing their questionable business practices specifically.
