Got a reasonable price on a 2012 Subaru Forester. Staff was helpful till AFTER the sale. I requested 3 times, after purchase, a copy of the CarFax report, which they showed me prior to the sale, and each was helpful till AFTER the sale. I requested 3 times, after purchase, a copy of the CarFax report, which they showed me prior to the sale, and each time they promised and never sent it. (wanted it for prior repair maintenance history - car was fine). Once they have your money, it's over, I guess. More
I have nothing but great things to say about Pueblo Dodge and the sales associates they have. I have been very fortunate to work with Ken Chavez several times in the last year. He and his team go above and b and the sales associates they have. I have been very fortunate to work with Ken Chavez several times in the last year. He and his team go above and beyond to get you the vehicle you want at a price that is affordable. He, the dealership and his team made sure to assess all my needs and help me in anyway they could. His customer Service is amazing, I always had fast responses from him and the dealership. I never felt like just another customer with Ken and Pueblo Dodge, they always made me and my family feel like we were a priority to them and friends. We look forward to doing business with Ken Chavez and Pueblo Dodge in the future. We appreciate their understanding in our situations and their willingness to help us. Would recommend to my family and friends. More
On June 6,2013, my husband and I purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart from Pueblo Dodge Chrysler Jeep. We signed a contract with finance manager Jason Baker that had a 9% interest rate and $370 monthly payment and Dart from Pueblo Dodge Chrysler Jeep. We signed a contract with finance manager Jason Baker that had a 9% interest rate and $370 monthly payment and took the car home. About a week later, our salesman Joe Gallegos called and said the financing was not complete and we needed to returned to sign more paperwork. When we returned, finance manager Richard Stockman had a new contract for us to sign with a 14% inerest rate and a $430 monthly payment. When we told him we couldn't afford the new payment and wanted to give the Dart back and keep our trade-in, he said that we would have to pay 50 cents per mile and $50 per day for the use of the Dart and that our wages would be garnished until they were paid back in full because the dealership doesn't like to wait for money. We had no choice but to take the new higher payment and keep the Dart. We recently talked to a lawyer though and he believes we have been a victim of the "Bait and Switch" tactic and should pursue legal action. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB along with the Federal Trade Commission. More
I was looking for a nice used 4 wheel drive or All wheel drive SUV or pickup with club cab. I told the salesman that I specifically wanted only a 4WD or AWD for going camping, hunting, & fishing in the moun drive SUV or pickup with club cab. I told the salesman that I specifically wanted only a 4WD or AWD for going camping, hunting, & fishing in the mountains (of Colorado) and had about $7000 cash to work with. He showed me 3 different Jeeps and had me test drive a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo SUV. I liked it, but it had a few problems. Needed tires, brakes, front end alignment, wiper blades, and detailed out. It was a recent trade in and hadn't been cleaned up yet. They made an offer and I asked for 24 hrs to think about it and since I didn't know anything about that model of Jeep I wanted time to look up the Jeep on the computer. They kept pressuring me and dropped the price a little more and said its now or never cuz its going to the wholesaler. I got the price down to $5550 cash which is a good price, for a FOUR WHEEL DRIVE. So I agreed as long as they fixed all the things listed. Signed the papers and the sales guy followed me home and I gave him the $5550 cash. Then I finally had a chance to look it up on my computer and found the listing for it. And found out it was NOT A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE. It's only a 2 wheel drive. I immediately called them and told them that I just found out it was NOT A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE like I told them that I wanted and was led to believe it was. And that I want my money back. I was told that's too bad but the papers have already been filed and I just had to take it as it is. Or I could sell it back to them or trade it back to them for another one but I couldn't have my money back. For that Jeep as a 2 wheel drive its only worth $3500, two thousand dollars LESS than what I paid for it. As a 4 whee drive it books at $5440, only one hundred and ten dollars less than I paid for it which is close enough. They deliberately mislead me to believe that I was buying a 4 wheel drive. Also I asked a couple of times to see the Carfax report on it and they kept changing the subject so I never did get to see it. When I told them I wanted time to look it up on the internet and get the book value on it they said I could use their computer. But then their computer suddenly wouldn't work. He then told me that they used some other Book to get the value of it but he couldn't tell me what "Book" it was they used. Also the first offer they made me was supposedly giving me $1000 trade in for my old Dodge Dakota Sport 4x4 pickup. With the $1000 off they offered to sell it for $6990 plus my truck. When I got home and looked it up the Internet Price for it was $6990! So if I had agreed to their first offer with trading in my Dodge Dakota I would have been giving them my truck for nothing and buying the Jeep at the posted Internet Price! They claimed the listed price on the Jeep was $9995 to start with. Which turns out to be almost 3 times the actual Kelly Blue Book Value on it! These guys have now made it to #3 on my Top Liar List. Right below #1- Politicians, and #2- Lawyers, #3 is now Pueblo Dodge Chrysler Jeep, and above #4 Insurance Salesmen. I strongly suggest NOT DEALING WITH THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING! After this I wouldn't buy a piece of gum from them! IN MY OPINION YOU CAN NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. THEY JACK THE PRICE UP 3 OR 4 TIMES WHAT IT SHOULD BE SO THEY CAN COME DOWN WHAT LOOKS LIKE A LOT, BUT IS STILL AT LEAST DOUBLE WHAT IT SHOULD BE. THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE ONE I BOUGHT BEING 4 WHEEL DRIVE WHEN ITS ONLY A 2 WHEEL DRIVE THEN REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. I WOULD EXPECT THIS FROM A SMALL TIME USED CAR LOT CALLED FAST ERNIE. BUT FROM A DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP DEALERSHIP? THIS IS THE LAST PLACE I THOUGHT I WOULD FIND A BUNCH OF CROOKS, GET LIED TO, AND CHEATED OUT OF MY MONEY. If they offer to refund my money then I will come back and add that to my review on them. More
Given a poor rating due to sales department flat out lying about things to make sales not just the salesmen but even the finance department. Also poor rating due to the time it takes them to complete ve lying about things to make sales not just the salesmen but even the finance department. Also poor rating due to the time it takes them to complete vehicle maintenance; example: for an oil change it took 2 hours! The guys who do work in the shop though are very nice unlike the salesmen. I use to say nothing but good things about this dealership and recommend them to many. After a recent vehicle purchase with them lying to us repeatedly, I will NOT be going back to purchase a vehicle or to have vehicles worked on. Also, they are horrible about calling you back if you leave a message or if they go looking for something and tell you they will call you by the end of the day. More
I came to this dealership to purchase a new truck because of the outstanding service I received from the service department. It is too bad, the sales department is not held to the same standards. I gav of the outstanding service I received from the service department. It is too bad, the sales department is not held to the same standards. I gave the salesman a week to bring the truck I wanted from Denver, install steps and theft deterrant and made an appointment to pick up the truck. The truck was not ready, I waited all day long for two simple proceedures. When we tried to locate the engine block heater cord, we realized this was not there. I was told it was an option and would only cost $50 plus installation. Don't you think, here in Colorado, especially after telling the salesman I lived at 10,000' elevation, he might have informed me I needed to add this cord??? I did not receive a real owners manual for the truck, and asked how to get one. FINALLY after repeated complaints the parts department gave me a phone number to call.. I called and got a very rude lady... She blatantly told me they did not have a manual for my truck and to call back. I called back, got another rude person... Finally with the third call I got someone that cared about customer satisfaction. They told me I was calling the wrong division, and gave me another number... The female I got at this number was really lacking in intelligence. I told her repeatedly the truck was a 2010 DIESEL!!! I received a truck manual for a gas engine, the next day, another for a gas engine. I called back and requested the correct manual, this time repeating Diesel over and over, hoping someone might listen. To date, I have 8 manuals, 2 of shich are for the Diesel... What the heck has happened to Dodge??? I have owned at least 8 Dodges, and sold Dodges here in Colorado in 1978. We did not treat our customers this way. To date, I have not received a survey from Dodge or the Dealership, could it be because I have complained, and no one has answered? I have written to the GM, Sales Manager, and sales man, yet not one has acknowledged my emails...You have lost not only my business in sales but in service. I will let everyone I know how you cheated me! You really made the statement "buyer beware" come in loud and strong. I should have looked up my truck in Kelly blue book before I let you steal it from me, but.... foolishly, I trusted you. Never again. More
