So good I bought another one! I bought a 2011 Subaru 6 years ago from another dealer, but quickly switched to Proctor for service because they were SO much better! Over the last 5 I bought a 2011 Subaru 6 years ago from another dealer, but quickly switched to Proctor for service because they were SO much better! Over the last 5 years they've consistently provided excellent service, never once recommending anything that might not be needed, but on more than one occasion recommending that something NOT be done as it just wasn't necessary. An opportunity arose to sell my 2011 Outback, so I did and did not even look at any other car model out there. I now have a new 2016 Outback and it is wonderful! The sales experience was a good one! Cody Stulley is a great salesman - I never felt hustled or harassed, and I ended up with a good fair deal. Thanks!! More

Proctor Subaru saved the day. I drove straight to Proctor Subaru. Billy patiently listened to my tale. Took the car down to service. While topping off the oil, I spotted the roof rack for my Forester. Billy arranged for it to be installed. Service folks also topped off all my fluids. Everyone was super nice. All this with no appointment. THANK YOU. More
Too long, but kind people. It always takes too long to do the oil change service, even with an appointment. It always have to leave my card instead of being able to wait on it. Service Proctor Subaru is the best! I've been a client since 2013 and I've never had an issue or a complaint with anyone I've dealt with there, not in Parts, Proctor Subaru is the best! I've been a client since 2013 and I've never had an issue or a complaint with anyone I've dealt with there, not in Parts, Sales or Service. They do excellent work, communicate very well and are always professional and polite. I will continue to use Proctor Subaru because of their super work and great customer service. More
My latest sevice visit I have had two Foresters serviced by Proctor Subaru since they opened. I have always had a great experience. My latest visit involved a recall and my I have had two Foresters serviced by Proctor Subaru since they opened. I have always had a great experience. My latest visit involved a recall and my car was out of service for a week. I was given a loaner car and the service was done just as I requested. When I picked up my Forester my service consultant, Tony Badia, went over the repairs with me and made sure I was happy. I plan to continue to use Proctor Subaru for future service needs. More
Staff changes? I scheduled the routine 6,000 mile service appointment by phone more than a week in advance.
