Abel and Hank knew their product inside and out and were willing to spend as much time as we needed answering questions and driving the Outback. There was definitely NO pressure from anyone in the dealership and our whole experience was very positive. Buying a Subaru never crossed our minds untill we saw an Outback driving in front of us. We liked the way it looked so we went to Proctors and checked it out. Abel Correa gave us a test drive and answered a Outback driving in front of us. We liked the way it looked so we went to Proctors and checked it out. Abel Correa gave us a test drive and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We looked at fords and Chevrolets but did not see any thing that compared to the Outback. In fact, no one even spoke to us at he Ford dealership.The sales manager made what we considered a fair price and we came back four days later and bought the car. We also traded a suburban and we got fair market value for that as well. Complications with insurance policy was worked out and I think we had dealings with every one in the building, all very efficient and helpful. I would recomend both Proctors and the Subaru outback and look forward to many years of enjoyable driving More
