He kept me updated every week regarding the arrival of my car and had it absolutely ready for me when I arrive to pick up the car. Everything about the car buying process was outstanding. I had the most amazing experience with Proctor Subaru today. I had been working with them for over a month to find and deliver the perfect Subaru Outback for me, and they worked with me every inch of the today. I had a title problem with my trade-in, and had to get that cleared up before I could purchase my new car. Well, they had gone ahead and purchased the vehicle I was to buy from another dealership and had a deposit from me. They waited very patiently for me to get my trade-in's title cleared up (clerical errors I had to get resolved). Finally I got it all cleared up and drove up to Tallahassee to purchase my new car. They were perfectly friendly and helpful, showed me everything I needed, helped me with the paperwork, and were extremely friendly the entire time. I will most certainly come back to them for my next car purchase. I have never been treated so well at a dealership in my entire life. They were up front, friendly, honest, and treated me with respect. I will go out of my way to give them my business in the future. More
