Tony was very patient with my husband and me, showed me the Crosstrek and I cannot recommend Tony Heiberger and the Proctor Subaru dealership enough. Tony was very patient with my husband and me, showed me the Crosstrek and Outback, let me take an Outback home overnight, gave me ample opportunity to consider my purchase carefully, no pressure at all. Austin is wonderful! Bought my car last year and Austin was amazing. So knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way to help me. Outstanding Service - Every Time!! 2 yrs ago I moved to Cairo (GA) from SA,TX leaving my "Subaru Service Buddies" of 15 yrs behind, never to find comparable service. How wrong I was!! 2 yrs ago I moved to Cairo (GA) from SA,TX leaving my "Subaru Service Buddies" of 15 yrs behind, never to find comparable service. How wrong I was!! Every visit is a pleasure. Tony and Billy ALWAYS provide A+ service: same day appts (incl emerg. drop-ins), courtesy and knowledge. Steve (Servc Mgr) & his team do quality work (above & beyond) and explain their findings. Waiting area is very clean, relaxing and comfortable, with complimentary refreshments (even occasional "entertainment" is provided by employees who obviously love their jobs!). Nowadays it's so hard to find exemplary service, in any business, but Proctor Subaru definitely has what it takes. See for yourself-you won't be disappointed. I promise!! More

I would highly recommend him and the other associate staff. We had a running joke that I was moving in! :) They never made me feel as if I was a nuisance and took my input seriously. Which I very much appreciated. The only compliant I may have is that it took from 10 - 4 to get my tire replaced due to the grinding needed. That just seems a tad long to me. But then I am not an expert on how long it should take to grind and replace a tire. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this dealership for service. Thanks again AJ! More

He is very knowledgeable about each vehicle and makes himself available for any questions - even after the vehicle is purchased. He works hard and actually cares about his customers. I have never texted a salesman before, but with Austin it was very comfortable and he always got right back with me. He went over each feature in his office, and then went over it again on the vehicle. He will give his honest opinion on the best vehicle for you. He knows his stuff and has worked his way up from the lowest position at the dealership. This means he knows everybody and everything about Subaru. I read his reviews before we went to the dealership, and he did not disappoint. Thank you Austin! More
