Excellent and rapid service I took my Subaru Outback in for periodic servicing first thing on a Monday morning. Despite the large number of cars in for servicing that day, I was I took my Subaru Outback in for periodic servicing first thing on a Monday morning. Despite the large number of cars in for servicing that day, I was taken care of quickly and with a smile. My car was washed and vacuumed too while I enjoyed a cup of coffee. Another great Proctor experience! More

I love my Forester and was worried about getting ne Unfortunately our local dealership in Valdosta no longer has a trained certified Subaru mechanic. I love my Forester and was worried about getting needed maintenance and routine service done on it. Proctor Subaru was easy to schedule (on-line) a 30,000 mile service, very welcoming to me, and did an excellent job. I'll gladly drive the 2 or so hours to get there whenever I need work done. More

Disappointed with the service center In making a warranty repair on our week old 2016 legacy some paint was chipped off the car. I was supposed to receive a phone call as to when the ch In making a warranty repair on our week old 2016 legacy some paint was chipped off the car. I was supposed to receive a phone call as to when the chip could be repainted on a Monday. After repeated calls on Monday to the service department, I never received a call back. After 2 phone calls on Tuesday, I finally received a call bank telling me that the paint technician won't return the service department's phone calls. It is now Wednesday evening and I do not have a time frame as to when the chip will be painted. I expected more after buying a brand new car that was only 1 week old!! More
