I came in for an oil change and left with a new car! I am really enjoying my new 2016 Outback thanks to salesman,Pat Murphy. I was completely happy with my 2012 Outback and intended to keep it, but after I am really enjoying my new 2016 Outback thanks to salesman,Pat Murphy. I was completely happy with my 2012 Outback and intended to keep it, but after seeing and driving the newest model, Pat helped me trade cars. He found me walking amongst the new cars while I was waiting for the service department to finish with my car. He answered a few questions and showed me the new Outback and I left with a new car. Great service! We purchased out new 2016 Subaru in October and it was time for our first oil change and tire rotation. I was able to make the appointment online whic We purchased out new 2016 Subaru in October and it was time for our first oil change and tire rotation. I was able to make the appointment online which was very easy to do. They took my vehicle back right away and I had a pleasant place to sit and wait. It took about an hour and 15 minutes for my service to be completed and they even hand washed and vacuumed my car when done. I have never had my car washed when getting it serviced. This particular time I had a running light that was dimmer than the other. When they first checked it they didn't see the problem. As the tech was pulling it up another tech noticed what I was talking about and immediately took my car back to fix the problem. I have enjoyed every service I've had there and will continue to be a loyal customer. I enjoyed speaking with Tony at my previous visit while waiting for my car.
