We arrived at our appointment and the car is not even a lot with no answer to why. vehicle. The appointment was confirmed by two separate people. We arrived at our appointment and the car is not even a lot with no answer to why. The only option given was to purchase a new vehicle or come back another day. Unacceptable when it took us an hour to get there. More
I called and spoke with Kayla and asked for a buyer's invoice on a BMW x5 that I REALLY wanted to purchase. I was willing to drive 7 hours to pick it up. I didn't hear anything back so 2 hours later I ca invoice on a BMW x5 that I REALLY wanted to purchase. I was willing to drive 7 hours to pick it up. I didn't hear anything back so 2 hours later I called back and talked with another lady that told me that the finance guy was busy and not to call back. They would contact me. It has been 5 business days and I am still waiting. And after reading the reviews I guess I am one of the lucky ones. More
Total Scam Dealership with lots of Hidden Fees. I went there to buy a used Tesla they had listed on their website at $20,395 after the $4000 EV Tax Credit, agreed at a price for the car at $19,390 I went there to buy a used Tesla they had listed on their website at $20,395 after the $4000 EV Tax Credit, agreed at a price for the car at $19,390 and trade-in at $16,500. Once the dealer cut sheet came to the table at $28,390, they added an additional $5,000 to the price of the car. Stated $2400 was for a Pre-Certification process they do on all used cars. Then they stated lo-jack fees, can't put it on a Tesla, as well as all these other made up fees. They advertise low prices on their website, and then screw you when it's time to write up the deal. Talking to the GM Ron is useless, he is most likely the ring leader in this scam they are pulling over there. Stay away from these criminals. I look forward to hearing back from the BBB and NY State AG. Happy Motoring! More

This is a classic bait and switch dealership. I called them to check availability on a Sprinter Van. I explained to them that I am flying all the way from Florida to pick up the van and the price I called them to check availability on a Sprinter Van. I explained to them that I am flying all the way from Florida to pick up the van and the price on autotrader is as advertised. I flew up and the van I looked at, the muffler was about to fall off. They showed me another van at advertised price of $26795 on their website and carfax. They then proceeded to add over $7000 in inspection fees, dealer fees, and etc. They claimed that's the actual sales price of the vehicle. Do not waste your time with this dealership. They act like a legitimate Mitsubishi dealership but they run a scam operation on the used car side. More
I was interested in a car the dealership had advertised and inquired via text about the car. The messages are auto generated (I didn’t know). I wanted to speak with someone in finance after I was told via and inquired via text about the car. The messages are auto generated (I didn’t know). I wanted to speak with someone in finance after I was told via text that I was approved for the purchase. I kept receiving messages that “someone would call me back asap”. No one ever called and I was planning to take a 2 hour trip tomorrow morning to seal the deal. Isn’t happening. After reading these reviews, I’m running for the hills. More
