I get there through tolls, traffic and xx to walk in and be told they took a deposit the night before and wanted to show me other cars......I was pissed because I knew what they did, they price online cheap, tack on fees and "certification" fees and then tell people come, just to get them in the door. I hope I can save someone even if only one, from going through what i did! The General Manager Ron actually told me when asked what I could of done to prevent this, said "Ia should of purchased a car in CT!" This after they told me how many people they get from New Jersey and Connecticut because their plan is low priced calls, get people to travel far and be already invested in time when they tack on fees on top fees.......RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY. First, they bait and switch. Promise you a car that's in the ad and when you arrive it's not there. Second, the price is a lie. They do not sell cars at their listed prices. Promise you a car that's in the ad and when you arrive it's not there. Second, the price is a lie. They do not sell cars at their listed prices. They insist on tacking on administrative fees and cpo fees. Third, they lie about the federal energy rebate for purchasing an electric car. The law specifically states that the rebate can't go for any car more than $25,000 before taxes. They inflate the car price then pretend to give you a rebate of $4000. It's a scam. More
WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! !! Drove 3 hours to get there because I liked the car. When trying to purchase th car they hit me with $7,000 worth of "hand written" fees includin !! Drove 3 hours to get there because I liked the car. When trying to purchase th car they hit me with $7,000 worth of "hand written" fees including $2995 for a 120 point inspection fee or something. After an hour of negotiating that down I threw in the towel because I just need the car for my daughters birthday so paid way above market value. After starting the payment process they said I couldn't drive it home. After arguing about spending 6 more hours in the car they said they would deliver it the next day. I charged over 10K as a deposit to get that done. The following day I reached out several time to find out when it was being delivered. They said it was being detailed. Late in the day I called again and they said it had some lights out and they needed another day to replace. Another day later I called with no response or timing until I get a text from the salesperson saying when they put the car through the shop it didn't meet their standards, wasn't safe to drive, and was being arbitrated back to the auction lot. Who sells a car without even checking any of this??? Most of, they tried to charge me $3995 for the 120 point inspection they did which I guess didn't include the lights and most mechanical issues. LOL Just more slimy used car salesman leaving up to their stereotype. Mitsubishi should be embarrassed. Worst part was that I didn't get to surprise my daughter on her birthday because I wasted 3 days for that car. Of course I'm still waiting on a refund More

RUN AWAY! BETTER YET, NEVER COME! I really don’t know where to start with this review. There were so many classic “used car dealer” issues; I thought I was BETTER YET, NEVER COME! I really don’t know where to start with this review. There were so many classic “used car dealer” issues; I thought I was safe as it was a “brand name” car dealership, but I was wrong! Well, here goes… I found the car I wanted on the web…it was listed on both the CARFAX and the dealer’s site. I reached out to the dealer by filling in the web form and asked (specifically) what the warranty was. I told them that, when replying to me, “email works best”. Within 10 minutes I had a phone call, a text, and an email, NONE of which mentioned the warranty. I was told to come into the dealership, and everything would be discussed there. A definite red flag. When I arrived, I was finally told that the car came with just the 30-day New York State lemon law warranty – nothing further. When I was inspecting the car, I noticed that there was a small crease on one fender, as well as the fact that the driver’s seat belt wouldn’t retract when you unbuckled it. I was told by the salesman that those “would definitely be taken care of”. I also mentioned that the car was dirty (inside and out), but was told by the salesman (and sales manager) that would be taken care of as well. More on this later, but, spoiler alert – it wasn’t. The car was advertised as a CARFAX Great Value, since it was listed for about $7,000 below their book value. In fact, next to the $29,000 price on the site, it said “Pristine Promise”. Wow, sign me up! Well, by the time it was done, the price ballooned from $29,000 on the web to $35,000 at the dealership – this new price now included pre-sale inspection, pre-installed LoJack, and dealer fees, BUT STILL NOT tax and DMV costs! I was able to negotiate it down to about $32,000. Since I felt that this price was still reasonable, I got my down payment check from the bank and switched my insurance from my trade-in to the new car. Silly me, I should have figured that the jerking around wasn’t over yet…and it wasn’t. It only gets worse from here. So much for “Pristine Promise”, and “Great Value”. Since I wasn’t happy with just a 30-day warranty, I inquired about an extended one. I was able to get a dealer-provided 36 month/36,000 mile warranty for $2,400. If, when using this warranty, I serviced it with the dealer, there would be no deductible…but if I went elsewhere, a $200 deductible would apply. Fair enough. I asked to see the contract, and was told that they couldn’t print out the whole contract until it closed. Another red flag! I insisted, and was presented with a document that said “$200 deductible” for ALL repairs, regardless of where they were completed. I had to ask for a separate document which stated that the deductible wouldn’t apply if I brought the car to them. They did supply that after being pressed on it. Now, on to the closing. During the negotiation I had said that I wanted my credit union’s financing rate (7.33% for 72 months), and was told that it would be “worked out at closing”. I called the dealer the day before closing, to confirm that we’d be all set for the next day, and was told by the sales manager “they’re detailing the car right now, and fixing the seat belt”; I also repeated my desire about the interest rate, and was again told “it will be worked out at closing”. When I arrived for the closing, I stopped to look at the car. Detailed? Nope. Fender crease fixed? Nope. Seat belt fixed? Nope. I went inside, and was told they couldn’t fix the crease on the fender due to cost (which I accepted), but they couldn’t fix the seat belt either, even though that was spelled out specifically on the buyer’s agreement. They also said that THEY COULDN’T DO THE INTEREST RATE, and it was now nearly NINE PERCENT for 60 months! In all fairness, they eventually DID match the interest rate, but by this point I was done. If this is the start of the relationship, how can I trust them for anything else…? I walked away. YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY TOO! More
After reading several reviews, I decided to take a chance with this dealership, lured by a seemingly attractive deal. Unfortunately, my experience mirrored the worst of the warnings. The sales and finance te with this dealership, lured by a seemingly attractive deal. Unfortunately, my experience mirrored the worst of the warnings. The sales and finance teams, led respectively by Andrew (Sales Manager) and Ryan (Finance Manager), engaged in what felt like a classic bait-and-switch scheme. Initially, we agreed on a certain price, but as the process unfolded, they attempted to significantly increase the cost. Beyond the pricing issues, the dealership demonstrated a concerning lack of organization, resulting in numerous clerical problems that further complicated the buying process. This experience has been not only disappointing but also a lesson learned the hard way. I write this review in hopes of sparing others the same ordeal. Despite the appealing price, the frustration and potential financial manipulation are not worth the risk. I strongly advise prospective buyers to consider alternative dealerships where business practices are more transparent and customer service is a priority. Trust me, I understand the temptation, but knowing what I know now, I would unequivocally choose differently. More
DO NOT BUY FROM I went in with an appointment to look at the used BMW X5 that I was interested in purchasing. I really liked the car and offered cash deal on the spot. Very disappointed with the outright fa the used BMW X5 that I was interested in purchasing. I really liked the car and offered cash deal on the spot. Very disappointed with the outright false advertising and lies as you sent me an email with an exact price offer and they tried to upcharge that written offer by $2,500. The sales manager should be fired and salesman did not respond when I called it out. I will be leaving reviews of my experience all over your website and contacting the Better Business Bureau with complaints. Will become my personal mission to ensure everyone knows your dealership is unscrupulous and to purchase anywhere but your store. Really bad look. More

Waste of time, low xxxxx and offers lowest trade in prices, even when you have had the car appraised by other dealers and KNOW what it’s worth. Go somewhere that will treat you like a person. This dealer happened to have the car we were looking for in the color. They strung us alone after the test drive for a full 45 minutes at a desk afterward. Not only did they bring back an offensive offer for our trade-in but they wrote the price down on paper that was thousands of dollars higher than what was advertised. When we got visibly upset they told us to “read the fine print”. Most dealers KNOW that people are shopping online first and do not do this to you anymore. This dealer is disgusting. We sat there, probably the dirtiest physical dealer room we have been in, had to smell fried food eaten at the desk of the salesman behind us and then get spoken to disrespectfully as they held our car key in the “managers office”. It took over ten minutes after being very upset to get our key back to leave. Save yourself the time and aggravation and scroll paste any car with Pristine Mitsubishi written under it. More
