I spent a lot of time researching different makes and models of cars; Kirk was available to patiently answer myriad questions and I was able to do several test drives in different conditions. Some of the other sales people from other dealers were persistent to the point of being creepy; Kirk was available when I had questions and was not pushy at all -- it was great to work with someone who was normal to talk to. Once I decided on the car, we were able to quickly come to a fair price. I would highly recommend Toyota in general and -- if you are buying a car -- reach out to Mr. Etter at Priority Toyota Springfield. More

Aryan was so professional and polite. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. He explained all the details of our Toyota Tacoma 2020 purchase. Get everything in writing before you have service done! I had tires put on my Toyota and had made several calls to the dealership prior to dropping the vehicle off to get prices including the mounting. When I dropped off the vehicle I asked for the total to be charged and was given a number that sounded about right. However, when I picked up the vehicle the price had mysteriously increased by almost $100 (not including the overpriced balancing). I spoke to the service manager, Eric Hawkes, and showed him the notes I had taken on tire prices and charges for mounting/balancing that his employees had given me. All Eric would say is, "that is what we charge". Buyer beware! You cannot trust the prices they tell you over the phone or to your face. Get the prices in writing before service is performed! More

I was kept informed at each step of the process (diagnostic testing, labor and parts etc.) as to what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and when it would be done. The repair was delivered on time and at the estimated costs. And a complementary car wash to boot! This is the second time I've had a car serviced at Priority. Having had four Toyotas serviced at four other area Toyota dealers over the last 20 years, I would rank Priority the best. Ed Mazzullo More

Insulted my choice and intelligence. After trying to work out a deal on a used, then new vehicle, I departed the dealership after the numbers just didn't work out for my budget. Two days later the finance manager calls me out of the blue, trying to sell me a car I didn't want at a price I couldn't afford. I informed him of my purchase of a rival brand at a cost I could comfortably afford. At this point he insults my choice, saying " You get what you pay for" and after explaining that my wife had racked up over 300K miles on her last one he tells me that she must have gotten lucky. I am an engineer by trade and doing my research before any purchase is done out of habit. I considered this a insult to my intelligence. After I informed him of my purchase his tone and attitude changed, becoming very harsh in his tone. I purchase a new car about every two years, but won't be doing it there. Ever. More
