The sales staff do not use pressure tactics, are polite, and straightforward. They know their products, but do not upsell.
This is our 4th car that we have bought from Priority Toyota Springfield. Our Sales Rep Earl was very professional. He took the time to find the car we wanted at another location. We would recommend him to others interested in buying a Toyota. We are very pleased with our new car, and the service that Earl provided.
Top notch organization. My experience of car dealerships has not been good over the years and so I walk in as one on my guard against being taken advantage of. Earl was my sales rep and didn't take long to let my guard down. Very down to earth and engaging guy who came alongside me through the whole process to find our own path to the end we were seeking. I would highly recommend Priority Toyota and Earl specifically.
Alonso was one of the main reasons I purchase a car. He was honest, knowledgeable, and tried his best to get me a good deal. Definitely would ask for him. He needs a raise.
Conveniently located for my work situation. Wish that there were more All Wheel Drive options
