Dealer had the car I wanted but wasn’t interested in my car as a trade. I had to go back and forth to trade in my car to CarMax to get the best price , then return to the dealer to buy the car. They didn’t make it easy! But, got thousands more at CarMax! The actual purchase of the new car was very quick and easy.- minus the trade-in hassle.
Dealing with Earl Stevens was the whole key to a very good experience for us...Earl was fantastic throughout. As was the manager on duty and the gentleman in the business office.
