Service I'm very happy to see that Paul Sonnhalter is now on your team - I've known Paul for over 30 years / he took care of service on my 1983 Honda Prelude; I'm very happy to see that Paul Sonnhalter is now on your team - I've known Paul for over 30 years / he took care of service on my 1983 Honda Prelude; my 1996 Toyota RAV 4, and my 2007 RAV 4 - I'm now consulting with Paul on a "steering shaft" issue that has developed in my 2007 RAV 4 - Paul ordered a part for my vehicle today (12/17/15). I'm looking forward to having this issue resolved next week. More
Excellent Customer Service Thanks to New Service Advisor I live very close to the Toyota Springfield but for the past several years I have been driving to Toyota Alexandria due to one particular service advi I live very close to the Toyota Springfield but for the past several years I have been driving to Toyota Alexandria due to one particular service advisor, Paul Sonnhalter. I had tried the Springfield location a few times but always left dissatisfied with the service and knowledge of the service advisors. Recently, Paul began working at the Springfield location so I went other there today for an 80K check-up and oil change. As usual, he spent quite a bit of time talking to me about recommendations/future car needs and never tried to push services that weren't needed now. I can fully trust his recommendations and other than that, he is a really nice guy! I will strongly be recommending Toyota Springfield to my friends and family now as a result of Paul working there. More

You already know what the ... means Went to Priority Toyota of Springfield for a Prius C and Todd Carlson the salesperson had the exact vehicle I was looking for. I knew what I wanted but Todd showed the vehicle to me with every door open. He showed me features that I never knew the vehicle even had. I did not let him know it but I wanted the vehicle even more. We went in to negotiate the price but I did my homework. Todd and I talked about the exact numbers I came up with and he knew my budget. He brought the exact numbers back and I was in and out of there with my new Prius C in no time. THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Go see Todd if you are in the market for a new Toyota and let him know that Ryan sent you. More

Worse Toyota Experience so far I have purchased 6 Toyota's and the last purchase of an Avalon has been the worse. I have never been so disappointed. The car was given to us with a I have purchased 6 Toyota's and the last purchase of an Avalon has been the worse. I have never been so disappointed. The car was given to us with a mechanical problem that could be heard when driving it. This means the Priority did not bother to complete a Pre-Delivery inspect of the car before handing it over to us. I brought the car in for repair 2 days later. The service department is not well managed or organized. They didn't have the appointment in the system or didn't ask enough questions to find the appointment. The rental car process was also complicated. I was asked for car insurance information and had to give my credit car for the loaner. I have never had to do that for another Toyota dealer before. Priority did make the needed repair, but the next morning the Malefaction Indicator lamp came on. It did not go off with a tightening of the gas cap. So now in less than 5 days, the brand new Toyota Avalon Limited is going back into the shop for its second repair. The Sales Manager, James Hibbert, asked how things were going for our recently purchased Tacoma. I guess I should not be surprised that he hasn't responded about this poor experience for our newly purchased Avalon. More

Great Facility, Lousey Staff Great Facility but lousy staff,,, we went there in 3 occasions to purchase a new Toyota, my observation was gained during visitS, staff is rude, in Great Facility but lousy staff,,, we went there in 3 occasions to purchase a new Toyota, my observation was gained during visitS, staff is rude, inexperience,inattentive to their surroundings, and don't know what customer service is all about. management is ultimately responsible for overall operations and i noticed they mostly bunched up in small offices and tending to more important task of socializing with female staffers. i was told Priority is Virginia Beach based company and recently decided to move to DC metropolitan, i hope the management review this facility from client point of view and make proper correction since i am sure i'm not the only one felt that way. I prefer to stick pencils in my eye than deal with a car dealership. However, I now have to change my comments after dealing with Priority Toyota. My experience with this dealership was absolutely wonderful! I give them the highest recommendation ever!!!! I dealt directly with Mr Paul Ramage...he was awesome! I again say, "He was awesome!" He knew that I did my homework and therefore our conversation was straight and direct. I never have trusted anyone who works at a car dealership. However, Mr. Ramage was again, fantastic and I trusted him wholeheartedly. His deal with me was better than what I was willing to pay and therefore, our deal was wrapped up quite quickly. I trusted his entire demeanor and sincerity. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Mr Ramage to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Out of five stars...I give this dealership and Mr Ramage a rating of 6. Additionally, I offer the highest of praise to Josef Puechner who provided a VERY DETAILED review of the cars special features. This guy was amazing. It was like he could recite verbatim the cars owners manual. He was quite impressive indeed. Bottomline... GO TO PRIORITY TOYOTA AND DEAL WITH MR RAMAGE AND JOSEF!!! You will not be disappointed!!! More
