The vehicle was a surprise for my wife to be our first family SUV. We had been saving for a long time. My wife was thrilled when she got the car and absolutely loved it. The outside looked amazing. The inside was a different story. The first question my wife asked was "did they even clean it?" It looked like they had rushed when cleaning it. There was stains all over the ceiling and seats. There was food particles all over the dash. I spent 2 hours cleaning it out to make it look real nice. Not really something I want to do when I purchase a vehicle. The second part of this review comes from when I looked over the receipt. I noticed there was close to 1500 dollars on "Dealer Add-ons". I was not sure what this meant because it was never mentioned to me. I tried to contact several sales managers to explain this for me. One sales manager got back to me and explained that this was a "Re-conditioning fee" standard on all used vehicles. I thought this was a little off because the vehicle was not even cleaned properly. He offered to E-Mail me the re-conditioning report. This was never done. I then went back and looked on the website and could not find anything that said there was a re-conditioning fee. It has all the other fees listed, but not this one. So I guess all the used vehicles have an additional $1500 fee? I contacted him numerous times and he never sent me the report. I then contacted the General Manager and several other sales managers and have heard nothing back. I also just found out the dealership sold me the car with 2 SAFETY RECALLS on it. This car was for my wife and 1 year old daughter to ride in. Thankfully they were not in an accident. More

It took more than 2 months for me to get a license plate and the finance department sold me a financing plan that Toyota National wouldn't approve. I signed a contract and they made me resign a new contract even though it was entirely their mistake. The Director of Finance and his entire supporting team lack basic professionalism and competency. I was disgusted by my entire experience and at several points almost just returned our new car and walked away. Never go here under any circumstances. More
