This dealer sucks xxxxx. Bought a car had issues after 2 months. Took it in for service. They had to send it to another dealer to work on it. It’s been there 2.5 weeks and they haven’t looked at it yet. So now I have to take time off of work to take it to a dealer who can check it out today. I had to do all this on my own not that xxxxxxxx xxx dealer. FYI general manager there doesn’t return phone calls left 4 for him. Still no response worst customer service there. More
I am very disappointed with priority Toyota. I paid 51k for a new car and I am not getting the right fuel mileage. I have taken the car to service, and they don’t seem to know what the problem is and kept on telling me back in March that we are currently using winterized gas that’s why I am getting low fuel mileage. At the time of sale, they help you because they want your money, but when it comes to issue with the car no one wants to help. This was my second car from Priority Toyota Springfield and my last one. I will never shop at priority again and will not recommend anyone to this location. I know after reading this review, I am going to get calls or reply back to this review with an apology, but I don’t need an apology I need my 2022 Venza fixed or take the car back and give me my money back. More

I bought my car at this dealership and for 7 years brought my car in for service. There were recurrent problems that somehow never got fixed but I thought it was normal wear-and-tear. Then my car brok brought my car in for service. There were recurrent problems that somehow never got fixed but I thought it was normal wear-and-tear. Then my car broke down completely. I took it to another dealer for service and they found all sorts of problems with filters that had never been cleaned/changed, etc. I had to pay a lot to fix my car but it feels new! I will never ever go back to Priority Toyota. Employees are very nice but the service is awful. More

Prior to my current service experience, I would have rated Priority Springfield all 5’s. But this experience has been the worst. This dealership claims to make their customers a priority, but goes out o rated Priority Springfield all 5’s. But this experience has been the worst. This dealership claims to make their customers a priority, but goes out of their way to do the exact opposite. My horrible experience started when my service advisor answer the phone inebriated in some way (slurred words and asking who I was after stating my name). At that point, I should have gone to retrieve my car, but again, I’d always had a stellar experience here, so I did not. After that, getting a hold of any staff member over the phone became impossible. Everyone was always busy, and somehow I never received a call back. Thankfully this is covered by insurance and my insurance company paid me directly, otherwise I might never get the car back. It’s been 15 days and still no ECD on the vehicle. I have filed a complaint with the Virginia Bureau of Consumer Affairs and hopefully they will be able to return my car to me (in working condition). If not, I fear I may have to involve the police and court system. STAY AWAY so you can avoid the same experience. If I could rank zero, I would. More
