The service department is head and shoulders above other area dealerships, and you can't beat "Priority for Life" This is the 6th new car I've purchased and I can honestly say that I will look to Priority for future car purchases. Wow...what an annoyance. I called Paul Sonnhalter on a Thursday around 11 am, wondering how long it would take to get a new handle. And after 16 years I didn't expect to be able to match the color. Friday morning Paul called to tell me he had the part, and an exact color match. Couldn't believe it...less than 24 hours! I went in that day...took my laptop so I could work while waiting for the car to be fixed. I had barely read any emails when the car was ready...maybe 30 minutes ? This was outstanding service! Thank you! More

I strongly recommend you get a service associate and only work with that person. I made the mistake of scheduling an appointment when it was convenient to me vice when my normal service manager Jason Baker was available. I have visited this dealer twice for service. The first time my scheduled appointment was "lost" even though it had been reconfirmed through their system. However Jason took care of getting me in and getting the work done. The second time, I got my car in, but when I arrived to pick it up I found three "immediate attention" actions identified. When asked why I didn't receive a call to address these while my car was already there, the response was "we called..." Yet the only call received from Priority that day was a short - "You're car is ready" and the caller immediately hung up. Frankly the service department is poorly organized and managed. Everyone is in too big a hurry and as a result you ARE NOT a priority and attention to detail suffers. I want to call out Jason, Simpy Behl, and Richard Wagner for their support and professionalism. I will chalk the other associates I worked with as "having an off day." Priority will get one more chance to improve this AVERAGE review. After that I will look for another dealership to service the four Toyota's in the family. More
James a true sale man, that want to sale car ,TRD.OFF.RD James Hibbert was very help full ,we went on test drive , he went over the truck with me , and made sure I would feel comfortable driving the truck , James Hibbert was very help full ,we went on test drive , he went over the truck with me , and made sure I would feel comfortable driving the truck , they bid not have the coler I wanted (met, gray) , hard to believe because they have the most truck on the lot then any other Toyota dealer around ,But he was able to get it for me ,,he had the truck reddy for me when I arrive, we had already agreed on a grate price, , we look over the truck , and a show me a few more thing . , the a true sale man, that want to sale truck and cars , just read a few more reviews, ,, a young lady talked with me adout aftermarket , sale , undercoat, wax, ect... Was no hard pressure sale and she bid not want to was my time with thing I was not instred in ,,she made it short, I was warned that other deal you spend2 hours when aftermarket sale , was a very nice buying experience, I am driving a new tacoma thanks to James More
Customers are not the priority here Sales staff of Oliver, Hector and Jim Carey were excellent. Financing staff Daniella and her supervisor were atrocious. I spent all day (08/29/2016) Sales staff of Oliver, Hector and Jim Carey were excellent. Financing staff Daniella and her supervisor were atrocious. I spent all day (08/29/2016) working on a deal, price and payment. I signed a contract only to be called at 10pm and told it was going to increase by $3000 because the finance manager(Daniella) doesn't know the difference between adding and subtracting. I requested to be called the next day to address this issue. I was not called so I began calling at around 230pm. I was told by Daniella that she was with a customer and she would call me at 330pm. At around 5pm I called back and was told she left for the day. I requested the finance supervisor and left a voicemail. I've had no response from that individual. I called back and requested to speak with a finance manager who was working and was told by the receptionist that the finance manager said to just come in, he was busy. I live an hour away and chose your dealership because of two previous car deals, I could have does business closer to home. I called again and spoke with Jim Carey. Mr. Carey listened to my case and made the effort to have someone contact me asap as well as notify the finance director and the general manager. Unfortunately no one called. At 917pm on 08/30/2016 Daniella called me telling me she had gotten me a discount of $1200, a .25% decrease in my interest rate and that my payment was going to increase by $20+. I told her that wasn't going to work and the general manager needed to call me. I have a signed contract. If this was so important someone should have contacted me earlier. It's clearly not a priority because it's 530pm on 08/31/2016 and no one has called. If you can save me $1200 and get me a better interest rate then you should have done that to begin with. My future business will be going elsewhere. Clearly customers are not the priority as advertised. More
