Their ou Excellent Customer Service - I want to especially thank Mr. Paul Sonnhalter and Mr. Steven Lisi for working on our 2012 Toyota Highlander. Their outstanding customer service and impeccable performance exceeded our expectations. These employees were tasked with completely rebuilding the entire engine our family vehicle. We were extremely concerned about this repair and how it would get done. Now, we are grateful and happy to say that these employees successfully completed this project and did an outstanding job! We especially thank Mr. Steven Lisi who faced with the difficultly of rebuilding the entire engine worked tirelessly paying attention to every detail making the vehicle like new again, maybe, better than new! We greatly appreciate Mr. Sonnhalter and Lisi for their customer service and professionalism. We request that Toyota acknowledge these employees for their accomplishment. Mr. Paul Sonnhalter Mr. Sonnhalter is the Assistant service manager. He does a fantastic job of monitoring the service and repair of your Toyota. Mine required a factory reset of the computer system. Paul kept me informed and had the system rechecked after the reset. He called me a week later to ensure the vehicle was operating properly. Of course, it helps to do your homework, and if you have a trade, make sure you have a number in mind you can live with, and proof of that number from another dealer source if possible. More

Car did not get a wash and estimate on the repairs he wrote on the paper himself! and it all took 3 hours. Very bad! Please improve your costumer service!! More
I came prepared and it was a fairly easy process I spent about 6 months researching cars and visiting dealerships. I will say that Priority and Todd Carlson were definitely better than the other dealerships I visited. We came in with a list of used Camrys we were interested in, as well as True Car pricing guarantees for each one. Once we finally selected one and presented the price guarantee, we were basically done. There was no hesitation or push back on the True Car price guarantee and Todd helped us close out the sale quickly. I marked it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the issues we had between the sale and taking the car away from the dealership. There were a few items on the "We Owe" sheet that needed to get taken care of, as well as a floor mat that had a burn hole in it. Unfortunately they were unwilling to replace the floor mat (instead attempted to repair), and we had to return twice to pick up the vehicle. When we returned the first time (a week after purchasing), the work had not all been completed and the inspection had not been updated as promised. We had to leave the car for a second week so the work could get done. I don't think anyone maliciously did anything to try to pull a fast one, but instead it was a byproduct of the sheer size of the dealership and volume of cars that goes through the service department. Dwayne certainly did everything within his power to correct the issues, and for that we appreciate his support. In the end I would say that I have certainly had far worse car buying experiences, and would recommend them for a new car purchase. As with any used car purchase, there's always wiggle room that benefits dealerships, and that's part of the game. More
Shame on you!! My husband and I recently purchased a new Highlander from your dealership. I had always purchased Honda's and was somewhat hesitant to go to Toyota. W My husband and I recently purchased a new Highlander from your dealership. I had always purchased Honda's and was somewhat hesitant to go to Toyota. We love our service advisor at Honda, Louis, and even called to see if we could have our service for the Toyota from his store. We would have purchased a Honda, but your sales manager wouldn't give us a touring package on a pilot for advertised price . He told us he just wouldn't do it because pilots are the number one selling truck, and he just didn't have to make deals. So we went over to Toyota. We called to find out if the model we wanted was in stock, we were told it was and made an appointment. When we got there we were told the truck wasn't there because the dealship managers wife was driving it and therefore was not available .We talked to the John an hour before this! So he shows us other vehicles, and tells us he only has the black truck with ash interior, which we did not want,.we told him from the start we wanted white with almond. We also wanted the .9 interest rate, we would put some money down and wait. We were at the dealship for over 5 hours ! This was December 31, 2016. Three weeks later, after having to rent a car for our vacation, which was not what we wanted to do, and explained that from the start. Finally , after calling, we were told we could come in and take delivery of our new vehicle . It wasn't what we wanted, and told we couldn't get the color we wanted because it would cost more- have to wait longer- just wasn't available. Then after getting hit with the next person who wanted to sell us upgrade, we purchased the under coating. THEN- We were visited by the finance manager , Chris, and told " he would do his best to get us a great interest rate" . My husband and I looked at each other and said " what?" . We have an 820 credit score, why are we not getting the .9? Then Chris asks us didn't you sales person tell you? Chris tells us, it's the sales person problem to get that rate, that it was just sitting on his desk, he didn't process it because we didn't buy a vehicle on the 31st - that it wasnt him who couldn't give us that rate, blah, blah. That was it for me, I blew it and was ready to walk out. My husband who is very passive and slow to anger, was ready also. I was beyond upset, I was about to have a panic attack. I couldn't breathe, and was dizzy. I went outside, a woman came up to me, and asked me the problem, I explained, I was scared as to what was going to happen to me, my husband came looking for me. We needed to get out of there. For 5 days I had breathing problems high blood pressure which I've never had before in unable to sleep . Because I purchased a car from you??!!?? I will never purchase a car from you again. I'm a 55 yr. old woman, I have 6 boys, and have purchased 22 cars for myself, and for the boys. Just writing this upsets me, and if I thought I would live through this ordeal I would sue you for the pain and anguish that you put me through. Wait... unnecessarily put me through . How do you stay in business? I will make it my Misson to tell the story to anyone considering to buy a vehicle from priority . Shame on you- it's 2017, these sales tactics are no longer needed . I want a responds to this letter from you, not a sales manager, or anyone else. Leslie Bauer More
