His performance does not reflect the standard of excellence associated with the Toyota brand. Poor customer service. They treat you like trash. No one care about you standing there waiting for help. They just walk passed you like if you don't exist. Even if you have They treat you like trash. Before they do the service and Wash your car , No more. the waiting time while doing the service is over 3 hours. I don't recommend this place. More
I bought a used 2013 Chevy Silverado from them on 7-22-24. Shortly after my purchase, a mechanic told me the truck had been in a flood, a fact later confirmed by another mechanic. I am not mechanically inclined so I didn't know this when I bought the car, but the two mechanics pointed out to me the evidence of - and damage from - the flood. I was outside my 72-hour window, but I contacted them and have not heard back. They obviously knew it had been in a flood, never disclosed it. This is dishonest - so beware!! More
The process of purchasing a new vehicle here was completely transparent. I bought a pre-auction car expecting better quality since it is from a Toyota dealership. It failed Maryland inspection because of engine mount. They don’t warranty, clean or inspect the car but charge over it is from a Toyota dealership. It failed Maryland inspection because of engine mount. I specifically asked them and was told the background was fine. I made a mistake in taking their word.. Later I went back and was attempting to trade in my car for a new car. They told me my car was in a serious wreck so I won't get as much money. I learned the hard way they are not an honest company. I won't do any business with them in the future. Today, April 29, I was at Priority Toyota Springfield for a 60k maintenance on my 2018 Corolla SE. After a few minutes the technician told me the car needed to have the brakes replaced. I said to myself – ho a 60k maintenance on my 2018 Corolla SE. After a few minutes the technician told me the car needed to have the brakes replaced. I said to myself – how can the car need new brakes when it just passed state inspection on April 8th. And BTW, the inspection was performed at the same dealership. Whoever did the inspection should have his/her license revoked because he/she put me and the passengers at risk thinking that the car was safe to drive. We’ve been having issues with this dealership for some time, and it seems like nothing is being done to rectify the problems/complaints raised by the customers. I looked at other reviews by other customers and it’s not only us who’s complaining. For what it’s worth, think about going to some other Toyota dealership before coming to Priority Toyota Springfield. BTW, if ever they respond to your complaint, you will get the following canned message. What a terrible customer service !!! “Priority Toyota Springfield responded We apologize for your poor experience with our dealership. We never want our customers to feel this way.
