Today, April 29, I was at Priority Toyota Springfield for a 60k maintenance on my 2018 Corolla SE. After a few minutes the technician told me the car needed to have the brakes replaced. I said to myself – ho a 60k maintenance on my 2018 Corolla SE. After a few minutes the technician told me the car needed to have the brakes replaced. I said to myself – how can the car need new brakes when it just passed state inspection on April 8th. And BTW, the inspection was performed at the same dealership. Whoever did the inspection should have his/her license revoked because he/she put me and the passengers at risk thinking that the car was safe to drive. We’ve been having issues with this dealership for some time, and it seems like nothing is being done to rectify the problems/complaints raised by the customers. I looked at other reviews by other customers and it’s not only us who’s complaining. For what it’s worth, think about going to some other Toyota dealership before coming to Priority Toyota Springfield. BTW, if ever they respond to your complaint, you will get the following canned message. What a terrible customer service !!! “Priority Toyota Springfield responded We apologize for your poor experience with our dealership. We never want our customers to feel this way. On February 9, 2023, I purchased a 2019 4Runner, when I made this purchased a traded a Jeep Wrangler. Of course, it had a loan in which Priority Toyota Springfield was to pay off. When making the deal we o made this purchased a traded a Jeep Wrangler. Of course, it had a loan in which Priority Toyota Springfield was to pay off. When making the deal we obtained a 10 day pay off, 14 days later the loan has still not been paid off. When signing documents, I signed a document stating I was responsible for any balance over the calculated payoff, of course when I signed said document, I was under the impression that the loan would be paid off with in the allotted 10 days, I will be honest my purchase seemed seamless and was very easy. Honestly, I absolutely would have given a 5-star review, however when I was asked for the review, I was also promised a black out kit would be mailed to me...well needless to say I have not received it. Truthfully the black out kit is not that important to me, but now it has become the principal of the matter, you made a promise on an agreement but once I pulled out of the lot you not only forgot your promise, but you also forgot to pay off my trade. Get it to together please and don't expect me to pay the interest on the additional days. More

My RAV4 was taken here for extensive mechanical repairs after a car accident. They allowed a technician to take my car home overnight and I have screenshots from the app Toyota gave me when I purchased the after a car accident. The windows were opened and doors unlocked multiple times, all while it should of been secure at Toyota. The manager Susan said “they needed to test drive it”. They never notified me if was going to be taken home overnight. Nobody was ever able to show me a policy saying this was allowed. Multiple people I talked to from Toyota said this should have never happened. I called the corporate 1800 number twice and was told someone would get back to me, but nobody did. Only staff from Priority called me back and they were rude and unprofessional. Susan even hung up on my father when he tried calling on my behalf. The experience was so bad, I will be selling my car so I do not ever have to deal with Toyota ever again. More

I already bought 3 RAV4s, a Corolla SE, an iM and lately a 2 I've been a customer of Priority Toyota since it was called Kay Jennings on Backlick Rd. I already bought 3 RAV4s, a Corolla SE, an iM and lately a 2019 CHR from this dealership and I've been happy with the service until I met this Sam Robles. Your Business Manager Sam Robles is a jerk. He was selling me $8000 worth of warranties on a used car worth $12,830 — that’s 62% of the value of the used car. He rushes you to put your signature on the paperwork. He is an uneducated unprofessional employee. He has a bad persona. He called us a ‘double standard’ because I have warranty on my car and my son does not have it. His job is to process the paperwork and not make cynical remarks. He needs to be disciplined or fired coz he could be doing the same thing to other Toyota customers. Priority Toyota Springfield is going to lose customers because of him. More
Took my sienna in for a simple recall on August 30. While under their care, one of their employees stole six Home Depot merchandise cards from the car interior. Their service manager, Justin, said he would investigate and get back with me that evening to resolve the issue. No return call from him or any response from the three voicemail and three email i've left for Justin and for Tony Woods, the general manager. Apparently their plan is to ignore problems and hope they go away. I wouldn't take my car there again under any circumstances. Very unprofessional and apparently not too honest either. I've filed a written complaint with Toyota headquarters in Plano, Texas. More
