If you have a problem after your purchase, in which the dealer might be responsible, you won’t get help that way is needed. They will treat you so poor and to the point you feel like they are cheating almost every customer. I bought a new car from them and I really regret on my purchase at this dealership. More

Will never return again First, “Priority” is a misnomer; my experience over the last year invites terms like “immaterial” , “nonessential”, “nugatory”, and the like. After bu First, “Priority” is a misnomer; my experience over the last year invites terms like “immaterial” , “nonessential”, “nugatory”, and the like. After buying a RAV4 from them last year, I complied with the regulation scheduled maintenance visits. A new car requires minimal maintenance, limited to the oil change, tire rotation, “looking under the mat”(?)—in short, nothing that takes more than 20 minutes to do. Yet, every visit for this work , even when Iwould be the first in line, would keep me waiting for one and a half to two hours. For this, latest, and last appointment, not wanting a repeat of the senseless wait for a 20 minute job, I called the service manager, Joshua the day before, and asked him to make this a less extreme wait; he promised no more than an hour ; I come in first thing today, check in with Anthony, tell him about my talk with Josh: he agrees and writes “9:05” as the time out; at 9:10, I go up to Josh and remind him of the promise, he disappears for 10 minutes and re-emerges to tell me it will be another 20 minutes. In sum, even though I was told it would take no more than an hour by both the manager and Anthony, It ended up taking one hour and 45 minutes—close to the regulation 2 hours for a 20 minute job, . This is truly the last time I am dealing with “Priority” My family, friends and law associates will be alll hearing about it. And, curiously, not even an apology from manager Joshua. More
Not a priority I had a schedule app yay 9 this morning and I am still waiting for my vehicle and the time is 12:55. There is a text message mechanism that they have I had a schedule app yay 9 this morning and I am still waiting for my vehicle and the time is 12:55. There is a text message mechanism that they have but does not get utilized. How are customers a priority when they can’t take five minutes to update you. Each hour I had to go see the clerk to ask for an update. My time should be a priority but it’s not. This was the worst service I have every had. You pay all this money and that’s what you get when it’s your time to get your vehicle taken care of. More

Paul Ramage I've been either contacting or contacted by the dealers around DC metro area when starting to search for minivan. The one thing I found surprising com I've been either contacting or contacted by the dealers around DC metro area when starting to search for minivan. The one thing I found surprising compared to my last buying experience is that the dealers don't always honor their email or verbal offers. Some don't give the clear number while others give you the price you want just to get you down their dealership to be hassled. I try to understand the nature of their aggressive sales business but was very agitated when I had to waste my time at night being told otherwise at a dealer in Woodbridge even after showing their GM's email approving the price quote. Then, here comes Paul, who seemed not as interested in selling cars aggressively as others such as not texting or emailing me after giving out his price quote. He simply told me his most competitive price after checking with his GM and was firmly sticking to it, which got me to trust him more. Once we agreed on the price, he made sure the rest of process for signing the contract go without hassles within his authority and duty. At least he was being very honest with me the whole time. More
Thoroughly Enjoyable Experience I've never before written a positive review of a car-buying experience, but today's visit to Kirk Etter at Priority Toyota was a genuine pleasure. I I've never before written a positive review of a car-buying experience, but today's visit to Kirk Etter at Priority Toyota was a genuine pleasure. I arrived with a pretty good idea of the used car I wanted to buy, and Kirk was ready to show it, discuss the pros and cons, and hand over the keys for a quick test drive. We also looked, briefly, at a few comparable vehicles. Kirk was always friendly and listened thoughtfully, made helpful comments, and offered good advice. Once we got to the purchase, Kirk kept everything moving fairly, transparently, and efficiently, as did the Business Office rep, Delma. There was never a trace of impatience or insincerity, and no games. I'm grateful to Kirk for a great experience, and drove away from Priority with confidence in my car and in their business integrity. More

When I arrived he was finishing with another customer that was hugging him and thanking him for all his help! Made me think! He showed me several different models I thought I would be interested in, very patient gave the pros and cons of each vehicle very knowledgeable, it helped me to narrow down the right one. Each question I asked he had a response very professional. When it came time for financing the finance manager very knowledgable and gave me all my options I have a new friend. This was a very positive experience. And when I left I was hugging him and thanking him for all his help in my new car. If shopping and not sure what you want or hate car salesmen like I did give Kirk a call or just go see him you won't be sorry. And by the way tell him Melody recommend him. More
