Now i have a dealer loan + a credit card that increases my monthly payment budget. More

So, I decided to bring in my wife’s Lexus for an oil change, because the Lexus dealership that I usually have it serviced at is kind of far away. Wow! I shall say, I was blown away by the service: fast, professional, organized and clean. It’s absolutely worth mentioning the gentleman who helped me, Paul Sonnhalter went above my expectations. Received text that car was ready at 3:52 pm but n Reported excessive wind noise in 2019 Camry XLE. Appointment on 9/10/19 to leave car for entire day. Received text that car was ready at 3:52 pm but no information about resolving issue. Called Nawfal Ali to ask if issue was fixed and he reported that technician couldn't duplicate the issue. No effort was made to contact me for additional details before I picked up the car. Talked to customer relations manager Susan Danfora and she advised me to bring the car back to test drive with technician. Had to take time off work today (9/12/19) to bring car back to dealership. I drove with technician (John - didn't get his last name) and we both heard the excessive wind noise. He placed tape over the left corner of windshield to see if that would stop the noise which would indicate a leak in the rubber stripping. We drove again and still heard excessive noise. He suggested we drive another 2019 Camry XLE from the new car inventory to compare. This other car had noise too but not as bad as my car. He told me an owner of an Avalon reported similar issue that was resolved with tape. He basically told me that's how Camrys are and there was nothing he could do. Really??? Wow. I expected better. This is my first and last Toyota and I will definitely not be coming back to Priority for purchase in the future. I stupidly bought a service package and I hope it transfers to a new buyer when I sell this car. I filed a complaint with Toyota Corporate office and we'll see if anyone cares enough to follow up with me. Very disappointed in Toyota and Priority. More

First, he remarked that I still looked like a teenager in high school, even though I am well into my twenties. The remark was not at all meant in a flattering manner; at best it could have passed as a joke. I understand that I may look young, but there was no reason at ALL to touch on the topic of ANYONE's appearance, much less throw out an insulting comment about mine. Second, he also began prying into what I did for a career, most likely to place my financial situation. I declined to talk about it, as I felt worried that I could be financially discriminated if he discovered my job field (since it is known for paying above six figures). Yet even with multiple refusals to discuss the topic from my end, he continued to pry until I had to uncomfortably shutdown the topic. While I was annoyed at how Jae treated me, I am actually glad it happened because I learned to discern respectful salesmen from disrespectful ones. Eventually, I bought a car from a different dealership with a salesman who treated me just as respectfully as any other potential customer. I interacted with many salesmen in the timespan of a month and I would accurately categorize my interaction with Mr. Yang as an unprofessional one. More

I take my vehicle to Paul for all other service and am glad I was able to rely on them yesterday for something so small and last minute. More

Don't waste your money on this cheap service! I took my car for an AC maintenance to this Toyota Priority in Springfield and had the worst experience ever. I paid hundreds of dollars for the first I took my car for an AC maintenance to this Toyota Priority in Springfield and had the worst experience ever. I paid hundreds of dollars for the first visit and was told that the AC is fixed; however, i had to bring it back as there was no improvement and the issue was not fixed at all. The second visit was very disappointing and completely regretting. I tried to explain that the same problem (of first visit) still exists and wasn't properly fixed, but the attendant repeatedly insulted me by "you don't understand, we are not providing free services...". Of course i don't understand, if I understood and was smart enough, i wouldn't waste 25K on a xxxx cheap Toyota Camry, instead i would have invested that on a higher class vehicle... Long story short, I was made to pay again for I don't really know what they did (in second visit) as the issue still goes on. By the way, they did this (second) service without my pre-approval, but made me pay for it to get my car back. I tried explaining this to the auto shop manager, who only listened to her employee (the attendant) but didn't give a xxxx about me (the customer) who in normal world should be given at least a respect. I later called Priority to file a complain, but was directed to the same Auto-shop manager. She again tried to quiet me and kept defending her employee; and worst of all, she was making fun of the way i was talking. Bottom line, do not buy anything from from Toyota Priority Springfield, If you do, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR MAINTENANCE TO THIS AUTO-SHOP and waste your money and time. More
