I wanted to write in to report the poor experience I had with the finance department at Priority Toyota. The lack of communication from the staff and company has cost me a financial hardship. They did a poo with the finance department at Priority Toyota. The lack of communication from the staff and company has cost me a financial hardship. They did a poor job following through on my loan application and now I’m stuck having to pay two months within a week span. There lack of consideration to communicate with me the process has left me in a bad place financially write before the Christmas holiday. Mr. Harry was rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. Cristina was also very unprofessional in failing to communicate with me the process of my application and how to go about in rectifying my hold on my loan. I was left with a very sour taste in my mouth with this dealership. I don’t recommend leasing with them. More

You are nothing but a number on profit sheet! This dealership is VERY UNETHICAL, and it's lead by sales manager Paul Ramage! First, it took 8 DAYS to get a response from him, so the customer service is horrendous. You are nothing but a number on profit sheet. They do not care about you or your experience! They charge an $899 "processing fee" which is absolutely unnecessary and pure profit for the dealership. Most dealerships charge about $400. THEN I was told I'd need to pay a $380 "out-of-state tag fee" which is again unnecessary and is completely made up. I've never heard of such a thing. BUYER BEWARE! The price you see online is NOT the price you pay. They will add on $1,000+ of fees. Take your business elsewhere! More
Absolute Worst Toyota Dealership in the NOVA Area I go in to the Springfield Priority Toyota Dealership looking for a brand new 2019 Toyota Camry XSE model which the dealership says they have on the l I go in to the Springfield Priority Toyota Dealership looking for a brand new 2019 Toyota Camry XSE model which the dealership says they have on the lot and once I get there they cannot find the keys to the car so they make me test drive a brand new 2020 Toyota Camry XSE model instead. The sales rep tells me that the dealership will work with me to give me a similar price to the 2019 model since it is not my fault they do not have the 2019 model in stock. We get to negotiating price and they tell me that they are willing to sell the 2020 XSE for $24,100. I agree to the price at which point they tell me they need to check with their sales manager Paul and he comes out and says the deal is completely off because he thought I was talking about the 2019 model, not the 2020 model. The ironic thing is the paper he was looking at had the 2020 model written at the top and all of a sudden they cannot do that price? After this they say they will give me EXACTLY the same version (XSE model with Panaromic sunroof and Tech Package) in a 2019 model for a price of $23,700 - the catch is that the car is not currently at the dealership and is somewhere in Maryland. They tell me to come back a few days later to come sign the paper work and pick up the car. I showed up four days later when the car arrived at the dealership and the car has NO panaromic sunroof and NO tech package. They try to convince me that the car we negotiated on did not have those features and the agreement was they were selling me this car instead. I argued with the sales manager and his boss for almost 3 hours at which point they offer to sell me another car that has the features I want for $1,045 more than the original negotiated price - the catch here is that there are only 2 cars left in the NOVA area that are brand new 2019 models with the specs I am looking for. Haithem (Sales Manager) tells me he will contact the dealership that currently has the vehicle and let me know the next morning and I can come sign the paper work. The next morning I text him and he says both cars have been sold and they can no longer honor the price we negotiated on. I called the Falls Church dealership and give them the same VIN number that Haithem was talking about and they say the car has NOT BEEN SOLD. The bottom line is this dealership is not trustworthy and are just out to get your money by any means possible. Do not recommend at all, please go elsewhere and save time, money, and headache. More

They agreed and it was a 3-hour trip one way so we really appreciated that. We purchased it the same night it arrived. We had the typical used car experience (which is never much fun). Some of the people we dealt with were very nice and easy to deal with. Others were total salespeople that cared less about us and only about our money. Two months later a friendly clerk called to say that our emissions wasn't completed upon purchase and we needed to bring it in to complete the transfer of the title. We came in the next day and waited for 2 hours. Upon complaint, we got the car 15 minutes later and I could see from the receipt that it was only done a few minutes after I complained. Again, some of the service people were very nice, then others were less than helpful. I was told it would be finished within 24 hours of being submitted to the DMV. That would have been November 6th and today is November 18th - 5 phone calls later - three where I spoke to someone, two left messages. I raised my voice for the first time today and I finally was given to the finance manager who promised she'd fix it tomorrow. I wish I could afford a brand new car because it seems they get better service, but I can't. If I get any better service, I'll post another review but I couldn't wait any longer to share my frustrating experience. I gave two stars because the people who were nice were as helpful as possible. I hope for their sake they find another employer, or better yet, that they can make improvements.. The system overall is broken at Springfield Toyota. Update: By the next day, the head of finance had it all worked out! I also got a personal message from the GM apologizing. I appreciate knowing that someone took the time to read and respond. I'll stick with my 2 stars but do hope that this has been helpful so that they can fix some processes. More

Vehicle recall repairer I brought my 07 Tundra for open recall on the frame . The technician who inspected the frame did not find any perforations on it therefore it did not I brought my 07 Tundra for open recall on the frame . The technician who inspected the frame did not find any perforations on it therefore it did not need to be replaced, but according to Toyota frame needed to be spray coated. The procedure was done at Priority Toyota Springfield in Jan. 2019 The same car was brought to the dealership for inspection in Oct. 2019 and technician claimed that can not pass VA State inspection because of holes on the frame caused by rust deterioration. So the service manger Eric claimed that the frame inspection and spray coating was PROFESSIONALLY done by their technicians. What he could not explain is, how the frame can be falling a part 9 months after the inspection and the frame coating has been PROFESSIONALLY performed at the dealership. Was that procedure done only to safe them from the lawsuit or really meant to preserve the frame for longer period of time? Only a few months? It takes a lot longer than several months on 2 millimeter steel to be falling a part caused by rust especially when we do not have much snow in the winter time. Of course the dealership does not take any responsibilities about their job and since recall is closed since May 2019 there is nothing can be done they say. Really !!! More
