I have made multiple deals because I have a large family and we needed multiple cars to commute. I maintained the relationship because of the proximity of the dealership to my residence. What I have noticed progressively is contrary to the advertisements put up by the company. Despite being a loyal customer myself who took multiple cars on lease and ownership I had also referred a number of my friends and colleagues. The treatment I was getting from the managers of the institution was incomprehensible and disgusting, to say the least. They are unprofessional, unethical and only concerned about numbers and statistics. In my last deal done last week I brought in a quotation I got from another dealer and asked them to match it, which they did reluctantly. I have associated the release of the car I leased more than two years ago with the purchase and informed this to the sales agents and the manager involved since over six months ago. In the initial attempt I was told that it is too early to release the 2017 car leased and I was advised to come later. At the end of the year and the 'Toyotathon' announced by Toyota I approached the dealership hoping to undertake the deal. After I signed the purchase of the new car I was again denied that the 2017 lease will not be returned. To me this is disrespect and lack of integrity. When the situation arose the managers chose to sit behind the counter and not explain the development. I was sitting in the lobby unattended for many hours until I had to leave frustrated. The managers lack professionalism, courage and ethics. They do not seem to have an understanding of the ABC of customer care. I am so sorry that a great brand like Toyota is represented by this mediocre team. I will soon request Toyota USA to transfer me to another dealership nearby where there is professionalism, respect and integrity. More
Extremely poor service on 03 Jan 2020 I brought my Tacoma in for repairs at 6:30 PM on Friday, 03 Jan 2020. I drove into the service garage and was the only car in there. I waited 15 min I brought my Tacoma in for repairs at 6:30 PM on Friday, 03 Jan 2020. I drove into the service garage and was the only car in there. I waited 15 minutes before I had to go inside where the service techs" desks were and had to stop someone to get help. The person I stopped said he would help me as soon as he finished writing up the order he was holding in his had. There were a total of six other service techs in the area just sitting around that could have also got off their rear ends and done something to help me. Other than selling cars, the service a dealership provides its customers, after the purchase, is what makes a dealership its money and creates the brand reputation. Priority Toyota of Springfield had a bunch of non-professional, inattentive, inconsiderate, young boys working in their service department on the evening of 03 Jan 2020. I demand better service from a dealership that I have purchased two vehicles from, at the same time. My Tacoma has 90,000 miles and is going strong. I am in the market for another, larger truck, but I assure you, I will not purchase my next truck from Priority Toyota of Springfield if this is the best service you can provide. Their priority certainly is not their customers. There service department on 03 Jan 2020 was the worst I have experienced in my 40 years of buying cars. I intend to spread the word to my business associates as well. Thank you Toyota of Springfield. More

Lets start off with stating if he did this to me he has done it to many others. The State attorney and the FTC should be involved.Haresh Jaisngh is a fraudster. I and my brother in law purchased a 2014 4ru done it to many others. The State attorney and the FTC should be involved.Haresh Jaisngh is a fraudster. I and my brother in law purchased a 2014 4runner and had Mr. Jaisngh as my Fianance manager, as soon as I entered his office I informed him I did not want any warranties. He acknowledged what I stated and even had me sign a waiver of coverage.I put down 7 thousand dollars and proceeded to sign paper work. We agreed to a 30 month loan. We proceeded to sign all the paper work with no warranty, tire warranty, maintenance, and key replacement included! He sent us home and said the contract will arrive in mail. He added $7,534.01 in back end products even calming the the lender required the coverage to approve the loan. We only found out what he had done because we received a bank statement with the Total due of $32,315.74. I went back with the original buyers order that stated the original terms we had agreed and as soon as he saw I had proof to provide his tricks he grabbed it and said he would be back. When he came back he came with a new contract and said he had shredded the buyers order( now ask your self why he would even do such a thing?) if the proper authority start looking into previous deals what will they find? It is unfortunate that one person will ruin the reputation of a whole establishment. How can he feel good with himself to make people pay for products that they do not not want and spend their hard earn money, just to not mess with his penetration. It is unfortunate for him that we know people in the industry that will guide us to make sure this fraud is exposed. More

I wanted to write in to report the poor experience I had with the finance department at Priority Toyota. The lack of communication from the staff and company has cost me a financial hardship. They did a poo with the finance department at Priority Toyota. The lack of communication from the staff and company has cost me a financial hardship. They did a poor job following through on my loan application and now I’m stuck having to pay two months within a week span. There lack of consideration to communicate with me the process has left me in a bad place financially write before the Christmas holiday. Mr. Harry was rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. Cristina was also very unprofessional in failing to communicate with me the process of my application and how to go about in rectifying my hold on my loan. I was left with a very sour taste in my mouth with this dealership. I don’t recommend leasing with them. More

First, it took 8 DAYS to get a response from him, so the customer service is horrendous. You are nothing but a number on profit sheet. They do not care about you or your experience! They charge an $899 "processing fee" which is absolutely unnecessary and pure profit for the dealership. Most dealerships charge about $400. THEN I was told I'd need to pay a $380 "out-of-state tag fee" which is again unnecessary and is completely made up. I've never heard of such a thing. BUYER BEWARE! The price you see online is NOT the price you pay. They will add on $1,000+ of fees. Take your business elsewhere! More
Absolute Worst Toyota Dealership in the NOVA Area I go in to the Springfield Priority Toyota Dealership looking for a brand new 2019 Toyota Camry XSE model which the dealership says they have on the l I go in to the Springfield Priority Toyota Dealership looking for a brand new 2019 Toyota Camry XSE model which the dealership says they have on the lot and once I get there they cannot find the keys to the car so they make me test drive a brand new 2020 Toyota Camry XSE model instead. The sales rep tells me that the dealership will work with me to give me a similar price to the 2019 model since it is not my fault they do not have the 2019 model in stock. We get to negotiating price and they tell me that they are willing to sell the 2020 XSE for $24,100. I agree to the price at which point they tell me they need to check with their sales manager Paul and he comes out and says the deal is completely off because he thought I was talking about the 2019 model, not the 2020 model. The ironic thing is the paper he was looking at had the 2020 model written at the top and all of a sudden they cannot do that price? After this they say they will give me EXACTLY the same version (XSE model with Panaromic sunroof and Tech Package) in a 2019 model for a price of $23,700 - the catch is that the car is not currently at the dealership and is somewhere in Maryland. They tell me to come back a few days later to come sign the paper work and pick up the car. I showed up four days later when the car arrived at the dealership and the car has NO panaromic sunroof and NO tech package. They try to convince me that the car we negotiated on did not have those features and the agreement was they were selling me this car instead. I argued with the sales manager and his boss for almost 3 hours at which point they offer to sell me another car that has the features I want for $1,045 more than the original negotiated price - the catch here is that there are only 2 cars left in the NOVA area that are brand new 2019 models with the specs I am looking for. Haithem (Sales Manager) tells me he will contact the dealership that currently has the vehicle and let me know the next morning and I can come sign the paper work. The next morning I text him and he says both cars have been sold and they can no longer honor the price we negotiated on. I called the Falls Church dealership and give them the same VIN number that Haithem was talking about and they say the car has NOT BEEN SOLD. The bottom line is this dealership is not trustworthy and are just out to get your money by any means possible. Do not recommend at all, please go elsewhere and save time, money, and headache. More
