Staff is unfailingly nice, but not consistently efficient. When I called for my 5000 mile service I was led to believe I could get a loaner. I was also offered a car wash and said yes. Got there efficient. When I called for my 5000 mile service I was led to believe I could get a loaner. I was also offered a car wash and said yes. Got there and no loaner, no car wash, waited 3 hours for my car and finally had to chase someone down to check me out as my guy had gone to lunch without printing out my paperwork. I was told the service plus State inspection would take about 2 hours when I arrived so I did not qualify for the loaner. I missed two appointments because of poor communication and the additional hour I had to wait. Nice people, as I said, but disappointing performance. More

My Service Advisor was Corbitt who was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was done to my vehicle in terms I could understand.
