Wonderful Experience We were searching for a new SUV to replace my 2010 RX 350. I have actually been looking occasionally, since last Spring/Summer. The timing wasn't rig We were searching for a new SUV to replace my 2010 RX 350. I have actually been looking occasionally, since last Spring/Summer. The timing wasn't right, and I was turned off by the interior of the RX350. But I kept going back, and looking to see the inventory, because I just love the Lexus! I thought I wanted the NX300. It was fine.....liked it. But then I drove the new 2018 RX350, and BAM! I was in love!!!! We have never had such a pleasant experience, purchasing a new vehicle. Mo Mayassi is a top notch salesman, and he listens to the customer. He was very gracious, and quite knowledgeable. He knows when to talk, and when to be quiet....so you can just sit back and enjoy the ride, and check out all the bells and whistles. He was not pushy.....and he asks YOU alot of questions....so he has a better understanding of what you want, and what you intend to pay. He tells you about who he is, and makes you feel comfortable. I myself, being a people person, did like this, very much. They did not have exactly what I wanted, but he made sure that we found the perfect color, Atomic Silver! Now, the biggest drawback for me on the new RX350's, is the interior. I am not a fan! Way too much of a color scheme difference, for my taste. But, Mo found me a solid color interior, which was much more to my liking, for this vehicle. Once we had decided that we were going to purchase the perfect vehicle for me......he allowed us to drive a loaner vehicle, home. Good move, because it just totally sealed the deal, for me. Kudos to Mo for winning my husband over too.....He can be quite stiff, and unaccommodating......Mo won him over!!! More

Fantastic Experience Having owned three BMW's in the past this was my first experience with Lexus. I saw a used ES 350 on the web, and sent a query. I got back the usual Having owned three BMW's in the past this was my first experience with Lexus. I saw a used ES 350 on the web, and sent a query. I got back the usual response, and was called by Derrick Nichols within 30 minutes. We arranged a time that was convenient for me to come down to take a look at the car. I work from home, and live in Williamsburg, so the only time I could get down to the dealership was in between meetings. Derrick was very accommodating, and had the car ready for me to test drive. It was a nice car, but I decided that as one of the reasons I was trading my 5 series was it was too big that the ES wasn't quite what I was looking for. I spied an IS 300 on the showroom floor that really grabbed my fancy. Actually, there were a couple of others to pick from as well. Derrick was extremely professional and patient as I worked my way through my decision process. There was no problem when I changed vehicles at the last minute even though the paperwork was in the process of being prepared. There was absolutely no pressure at any step of the way. No "How can we earn your business?". None of the cliche's you get at every car dealer. Tony Rutherford helped Derrick along as well. It didn't hurt that Tony had previously lived in the same area where I grew up, and we had mutual acquaintances. The two of them made the buying experience completely stress free. They both were extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles. They gave me was I felt like was a very fair deal. Derrick has continued to follow up since the sale, checking in to see how the car is doing and if I have any issues or questions. When it's time to trade, or shop for a new vehicle for my wife, I'll definitely be back. More
